A light snack with just the right zing.

Ingredients

• 

8 cups (2 L) air-popped popcorn

• 

4 tsp (20 mL) butter

• 

1 tsp (5 mL) chili powder

• 

1/4 tsp (1 mL) each ground cumin, pepper and salt

• 

1 tbsp (15 mL) grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Place popped popcorn in a clean plastic bag.

Combine butter with chili powder, cumin, pepper and salt.

Drizzle into popcorn bag and add Parmesan cheese. Shake to combine.
