Ingredients

|
2 tbsp coconut syrup (may substitute 1/4 cup coconut milk) |
|
|
|
1-1/2 cups strong, hot, freshly brewed coffee |
|
|
|
2 tbsp brown sugar |
|
|
|
1/2 cup whipping cream |
|
|
|
2 tsp grated coconut |
|
|
|
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Preparation
|
|
1. Stir coconut syrup into coffee and sweeten to taste with sugar. Pour into two large glasses.
2. Whip cream until stiff and use to top drink if desired, use a pastry bag with a star tip.
3. Combine grated coconut and cinnamon and sprinkle on cream. Immediately serve hot.
Serves: 2
