| Here's a quick, refreshing breakfast or light dessert. If you have vanilla-flavoured yogurt, omit the vanilla. The amount of honey you use depends on the tartness of the yogurt. |

Ingredients

2 ripe kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks |
|

1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks |
|
|
|
1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt |
|
|
|
few drops of vanilla |
|
|
|
honey to taste |

Preparation
|
|
Whirl kiwi, banana, yogurt, vanilla and honey in blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
Makes 2 cups (500 mL) or 2 servings.
