Niagara Peach Sangria

Ingredients

• 

1 bottle (750 mL) Niagara Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon

• 

1 cup (250 mL) orange juice

• 

2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice

• 

1/4 cup (50 mL) apricot brandy or peach schnapps

• 

3 peaches or nectarines, thinly sliced

• 

1/2 cup (125 mL) each raspberries and blueberries

• 

1 lime, thinly sliced

Preparation

Stir wine with orange juice, lime juice, apricot brandy, sliced peaches, berries and lime in a pitcher.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If making longer than 1 hour ahead, reserve lime until 1 hour before serving. Pour over ice and serve in chilled glasses.
