Ingredients

½ cup (125 mL) skim milk or soy beverage |
|
|
|
1 container 175 g (6 oz) low-fat raspberry yogurt |
|
|
|
½ cup (125 mL) frozen raspberries |
|
|
|
1 tbsp (15 mL) whole, milled or ground flaxseed |
|
|
|
1 tsp (5 mL) honey or sugar (optional) |
|
|
|

|
Preparation
|
|
Place milk, yogurt and frozen berries into a blender. Whirl on high, adding the flaxseed and honey (if using) as mixture is blending. Blend until smooth.
