Ingredients

2/3 cup (150 mL) mayonnaise |
|
|
|
1 tbsp (15 mL) rice vinegar |
|
|
|
2-1/2 tsp (12 mL) prepared wasabi |
|
|
|
2 cans (each 170 g) tuna, drained and flaked |
|
|
|
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded red radish |
|
|
|
Softened butter |
|

24 slices white sandwich bread |
|
|
|
Half English cucumber, thinly sliced |

Preparation
|
|
Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar and wasabi; mix in tuna and radish.
Spread butter thinly on one side of each slice of bread; cover with cucumber slices. Spread about 3 tbsp (45 mL) of tuna mixture over half of the bread slices; top with remaining slices. Cut off crusts; cut into finger sandwiches as desired.
Makes 36 to 48 pieces.
