| As satisfying as a crunchy potato chip but almost fat-free. |

Ingredients

10 spring roll wrappers |
|
|
|
1 tbsp (15 mL) tamari or soy sauce |
|
|
|
¼ tsp (1 mL) hot pepper sauce |
|
|
|
2 tsp (10 mL) sesame seeds |
|
|
|

Preparation
|
|
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Cut stack of wrappers into quarters on the diagonal to make four triangles. Peel apart and lay flat on baking sheets. In a small bowl, combine tamari and hot pepper sauce.
Brush evenly over tops of triangles. Sprinkle sesame seeds over evenly. Bake in oven for about 4 minutes or until crisp.
Cool completely. Serve or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Makes 40 crisps.
Variation: Substitute egg roll wrappers for spring roll wrappers if necessary. Increase cooking time to 8 minutes.
