Are you tired of being tired? Maybe you'd like to improve your endurance for your favourite sport like tennis, or you'd like to excel at the mini-marathon of chasing after your lively kids. If you're looking for an adrenaline rush, try exercise that boosts your heart rate.

This workout can be challenging (as always, be sure to gain your doctor's approval before trying a new fitness program.) Start off slowly, get comfortable with the demands, and master your form. You will soon be able to pick up the pace. Notice how you feel when you first try this workout -- you may be exhausted at first, but after just a short time you WILL feel exhilarated. Your body goes through a stage of adjustment as your metabolism gets a kick-start. You'll only need a little patience -- it doesn't take too long before you'll feel a surge in your energy level.

Natural sequences lead to great consequences
The "Multilinked" exercises in this workout follow a natural sequence of movement -- just the way your body is designed to move -- allowing you to recruit more muscles and get your blood pumping. This, in turn, gets more oxygen filtering through your body and more oxygen to your brain gives you more energy.

Exercise helps in the production of serotonin, a "happy drug" that's released from your brain. Serotonin may be at work when you feel a sense of well-being and satisfaction -- just the stuff you need to stay motivated and keep moving.

Have a great serotonin-filled day!
