Avoid and reduce pain by fighting inflammation Inflammation is associated with several arthritic conditions and often comes with pain and lack of mobility in your hips, ankles and knees. To curb the inflammatory process and achieve better health, add an abundance of anti-inflammatory foods to your diet, maintain a normal body weight, drink fresh clean water and include exercise and stretching in your daily routine.
