Energy down? Juice up!

By Alison Finney

Can you suggest a healthy way to boost my energy?

Fresh organic vegetable juice is an incredible source of vitamins and minerals and will keep your energy going strong.

Kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, ginger, lemon, parsley, beets and carrots are wonderful when juiced.

If you don't own a juicer, head to a local health food stores or restaurant that makes fresh organic juices.

When you're facing a mid-afternoon energy slump, drink a glass of fresh vegetable juice for a healthy and tasty energy boost.
