Sigh, slow down and savour each moment

What's a good way to take the rush out of a busy day?

When you get home at the end of the day, take deep breaths, letting your exhales become more like sighs.

Then, resist the urge to multitask. Enjoy doing just one activity at a time.

It may take a little longer to get the job done, but there is pleasure and satisfaction in appreciating each single moment.
