Hong Kong is a bright, lively and energetic city that visitors find most welcoming. The people are delightful, the food delectable and the overall atmosphere superb. It's a city rife with culture and history and so full of wonderful things to do that you're going to have to plan your time wisely because you won't want to miss any of it. But unless you've got a free month or so on your hands, you're going to have to pick and choose! Here are some terrific things to do in Hong Kong.




Take a duk ling ride
A duk ling is an ancient Chinese fishing vessel that has become an icon of Hong Kong, seen at all hours of the day sailing back and forth across Hong Kong harbour. Tours cost $50 Hong Kong dollars (about $6 CDN) and last about an hour. For more information, visit discoverhongkong.com.
