Stress is your body's way of reacting to life changes -- whether they're good, like a job promotion or upcoming wedding, or bad, like a car accident or too many deadlines. It's how you handle stress that's important; learning to recognize stressors and successfully dealing with them can keep you healthy and happy. Take this quiz to determine how you cope with tension and learn what you can do to keep cool, even in the most stressful situations.
