Four-inch/10 cm springform cake pans are available at most kitchen stores, but you can also use a parchment paper-lined 8- x 4-inch/1.5 L loaf pan. Scrape all the batter into the loaf pan and bake as instructed; cut cooled cake in half to make the layers for a square cake.
