A cruise ship anchors in Hog Sty Bay, off the shore of George Town, the capital city of the Cayman Islands. Take a walk along the waterfront and stroll through the city and you'll find no shortage of shops, banks, restaurants, government offices and historic buildings like the 1919-built Town Hall on Fort Street.
Stop in at the Cayman Islands National Museum on Harbour Drive and learn about Caymanian heritage, steeped in turte-hunting (turtling), ship-building and rope-making. Its gift shop was once a meeting place for criminals -- it used to be the island's jail.
