Eco Logic is essentially conversations about living lightly and doing helpful things for the natural world around us. It’s really a reflection of what I hear from friends, groups that I get involved with, readers of Homemakers magazine (where I work), and what I read in comments and feedback from homemakers.com. Every day I see good news happening by people who do good things for their community and the environment. No doubt Eco Logic readers will have great ideas to share with me — and with each other.
I write about my experiences of trying to live green, through the things I’m trying out in my own life at home, at work and beyond, as well as observations about new green technologies, things happening in the natural world, and what people around the world are doing too, since I think it all affects us.
There are all kinds of green projects I’d like to tackle, and chat about with you, to figure out how to make change in whatever way we can. We have habitat loss, we have pollution invading what should be clean and green, we have climate change and more. I think a whole lot of little actions by us and by community organizations, along with a whole lot of expectations of our governments, can make a really big difference.
I hope you’ll share your experiences and opinions, since I think we can figure things out better together than we can on our own.
