"We really enjoyed the In-Home Design service. After moving into our new home, it was hard to see what we could put in each room—how much furniture would fit, where to place it, et cetera. Having Katie come out to our home, take measurements and listen to our vision... It made the experience exciting. She took what was in our heads and brought it all together to create beautiful spaces!” - Jalene, In-Home Designs Customer

Design Consultant: Cheri

"I get inspired by getting to know my customers' needs, analyzing their space and coming up with a design concept to create a beautiful living space that reflects their own unique personal style. I am passionate about design details and creating spaces that my clients love to live in and share with their families and friends."

Cheri earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from California State University, Long Beach. She has specialized in merchandising model homes and creating working drawings of custom designs for nationally recognized homebuilders. She has years of experience as an independent design consultant, and she has enjoyed teaching an interior design course at the DMACC campus in Ankeny, Iowa. Cheri loves to share her design expertise with clients to achieve the best possible ambience and use of space.

Design Consultant: Hailey

"I like to use the client’s inspiration to help form the perfect design while keeping the function of the room in mind. This allows me to create a unique space using pops of color through pattern and texture. My travels as well as my education influence my overall design from layout to fabric schemes. I love to make spaces that the client loves from the initial idea to the final product."

Hailey graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She travelled abroad twice for a semester in Rome and an Exhibition in Paris where she met with many industry leaders. Hailey worked for an award-winning residential design firm in Bonita Springs, Fla., where she gained experience in initial client meetings, space planning, fabric schemes, client presentations and installations.

Design Consultant: Jammie

"My main focus is serving the customer. I take pride in transforming spaces by bringing the clients’ ideas and inspirations to life with a fresh perspective in order to realize their dream space. There is a psychology and science behind finding a well-balanced home that requires a creative eye. My visual perspective and education in interior design allows me to apply these skills."

Jammie earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She worked in residential mold, fire and water remediation in addition to designing kitchens, bathrooms and restaurant interiors. Jammie loves to work one-on-one with clients to help bring their vision of a dream home to life.

Design Consultant: Seth

"I love to find out what customers’ passions are and work from there. Design is a form of communication that reflects a person’s or family’s way of life. My goal is to help clients make informed decisions on what is most important to them to create a space that will serve them and their lifestyles for a long time."

Seth spent the last 14 years in Chicago assisting clients with space planning in the residential setting. He also worked side by side with set designers to find product for photo shoots and television. His focus was modern design and he helped clients mix modern pieces with other design styles. Seth is passionate about creating custom furniture and he loves to blend textures, color palettes and framework stylings.
