Chopping and mashing magic
A herb chopper with a round blade is great for cutting herbs faster and finer than scissors; also works wonders with cutting small bits of onions, etc., and is great for chopping nuts!

A pressure cooker saves lots of time while cooking beans, lentils and vegetables without losing nutrition. It is the best tool I have in my kitchen and I really can't live without it.

My husband bought me a new smooth-top range approximately six months ago. I tried everything and practically every product available to clean the burners on my old stove which I had used for 23 years. No matter how much elbow grease I put into it the burners always looked grungy. I hated for anyone to visit my kitchen.
I love to cook but using that old range with so many years of burned-on grease and food, took the pleasure out of cooking for me and I dreaded clean-up after meals because the burners were such a mess. I can't live without my new range and thank my husband every day for it.
