Add some heat to your holiday feast with our southern-inspired turkey dinner.

Christmas dinner is often the most anticipated meal of the year. Save your sanity by following the handy schedule below.

Timeline
Day before: Make cornbread, Smoked Oyster Spread and pastry. Microwave or bake and mash sweet potatoes for the pie.

Early in the day: Make pie and stuffing. Stuff bird just before it goes in oven. Prepare vegetables.

Before serving: Allow turkey to rest before carving. Make gravy. Cook vegetables. Serve.
