Sandwiches are a wonderful dinner choice for warm summer evenings. Although the recipes below make one serving, you can make a slew of sandwiches just as quickly by cutting a baguette in half lengthwise, dressing it like one big sandwich, and slicing it into individual servings.

For grab-and-go meals, adapt these ideas using pitas or wraps. Another idea for no-fuss, no-muss portable sandwiches is to slice a slit in one end of a sub-style bun. Pull out some of the bread inside, then stuff the hollowed-out area with sandwich ingredients.
