Frozen Strawberry Margarita Recipe
Frozen Strawberry Margarita
Ingredients
- 1 ice cube
- 10 frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) strawberry syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp (10 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 oz (50 mL) Tequila
- 1/2 oz (15 mL) orange liqueur
- coarse salt, for rimming
Preparation
In blender, pulse ice and strawberries until ice is crushed. On high speed, blend in strawberry syrup, lime and lemon juices, tequila and orange liqueur until slushy. Serve in a margarita glass rimmed with salt. Makes 1 serving.
