Mango Sparkler Recipe
Mango Sparkler
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cubed peeled mango
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) orange juice
- 1/2 oz (15 mL) Brandy
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 oz (50 mL) chilled sparkling wine
Preparation
In blender, on high speed, blend mango, orange juice, brandy and ice until smooth. Pour into a wine glass and top with sparkling wine.
