Pomegranate Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp (5 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) confectioner's (icing) sugar
- 1 oz (25 mL) vodka
Preparation
In blender, on high speed, blend pomegranate seeds, lime juice, sugar and vodka until pomegranate flesh is separated from seed cores. Strain through a fine sieve into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
