Ingredients

1/4 cup (50 mL) frozen orange juice concentrate

4 tsp (20 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice

2 oz (50 mL) amber rum

1/2 oz (15 mL) orange liqueur

4 ice cubes

1 tbsp (15 mL) grenadine

Preparation

In blender, on high speed, blend orange juice concentrate, lime juice, rum, orange liqueur and ice until slushy. Pour into a highball glass and top with grenadine.
