Food, fitness and soothing strategies can cure your PMS woes.

Ahh...PMS. The bloating, the cravings, the acne, the mood swings and the other 150 symptoms we endure once a month.

About four in 10 women get PMS, that physical, emotional and psychological cocktail of symptoms women experience in the last two weeks of the menstrual cycle.

Fortunately, there are many effective self-help ways to make PMS less severe. For example:
-eat complex carbs such whole grain bread and pasta
-exercise at least three times a week for 20 minutes per session, and;
- avoid stressors.
