Ouch. The pinch of a flu shot isn't pleasant, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to how you'll feel if you come down with the flu. Fortunately, you can get an effective flu vaccination.

Health Canada recommends that Canadians get vaccinated each year in the fall. Depending on which province you live in, the flu shot is either free or available at a small cost. Need info on where to get a flu shot? Here's a guide to provincial websites where you can find more details on immunization programs in your area.

In my opinion NO you shouldn't get the flu shot. I got it this year and got so sick I had to go to the hospital . They said I got a bad reaction as I thought I was going (die) in and out of fever. So NO I will always remeber the flu shot of 2008 and Not get it again.
