Where to get your flu shot

Ouch. The pinch of a flu shot isn't pleasant, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to how you'll feel if you come down with the flu. Fortunately, you can get an effective flu vaccination.

Health Canada recommends that Canadians get vaccinated each year in the fall. Depending on which province you live in, the flu shot is either free or available at a small cost.
