Please see above for the estimated time this product will be available in our facility. When placing your order, you may request a delivery date during the checkout process. The next steps in the delivery process depend on whether the order is being delivered within the state of Iowa, or outside the state of Iowa.
Customers with delivery in the state of Iowa will choose the date for delivery during checkout. You will receive a call prior to this date with an approximate two-hour timeframe of when the delivery drivers will arrive.
Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a delivery date during the checkout process. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time.
Charges for out-of-state deliveries are contingent upon the shipping address, product weight and other shipping factors. Your delivery charges will be calculated during checkout.

Merchandise reselection or returns are available on merchandise excluding clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup (10 days for rugs and accessories). Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding “AS IS” products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Cash payments will be refunded via corporate check. For gift cards, Homemakers will issue a new gift card for the amount being refunded.
