Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nullifies breeze effect, noisy, bunches up We wanted to protect our cloud luxe breeze considering well be paying on it for 5 years. We figured tempurpedic cover would be the best. Wrong. It takes away that nice cool feeling when you frist get into a breeze style bed. It also doesnt allow you to sink in the same way. On top of all that it bunches up under the sheets making huge akward wrinkles. It also makes some wierd scrunchy noises. Very disapointed that they wont take it back either. I know this just a protector but it really takes away many of the reasons we bought a tempurpedic bed. Not being able to sink in or feel the breeze feature we paid an EXTRA 1,000$ for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointing fit - do not recommend We decided to purchase a mattress protector from Tempur-Pedic for our new mattress, assuming since the mattress is not as thick as a traditional mattress, perhaps the protector made by Tempur-Pedic would fit more snugly. Sadly, it does not. Instead the mattress protector bunches up under the sheets and the bed is a wrinkly mess. We measured the protector and took photos showing the poor fit, in the hopes it was a defective protector. Sadly, Tempur-Pedicure assured me the protector was made to specs for the king size mattress that we had purchased. We are surprised and saddened at their disregard for customer satisfaction. We can't use it, and can't return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DOESN'T FIT THE MATTRESS - WORTHLESS [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this assuming it would fit the mattress since it's labeled king size. It was several inches too big in both lenghth and width and would not stay in place. This made it impossible to make the bed as everything slides around. We removed it from the bed and put it back in the box it came in. We never slept on it. I immediately contacted my sales rep and was told it couldn't be returned. I asked them to take it back since it was not used. They said they would escalate my request to their manager. I never heard back from them. DO NOT BUY THIS. IT'S WORTHLESS!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slips and hot We bought this mattress protector with our adjustable split king TempurPedic-Breeze this past spring. It does not fit well, and will bunch up under the sheets, causing you to get hot, and also the sheets to slip, even though they have corner straps. Pretty much defeats the purpose of having a cooling mattress. This was the mattress pad recommended by the TempurPedic rep, so I would have thought it would be a better fit. Wish it fit the mattress better and had corner straps to help hold in place better. If there is a better one that fits snug and let's the cooling aspect of the mattress work, I would love to know.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great service and care, plus excellent product Our temper-pedic mattress is 10 years old yet still in perfect condition. Unfortunately the outer cover was thin and pilling, losing fabric and dust. The particular model we needed is no longer made, but due to the effort of the Customer service staff (Marlene in particular) a proper size cover was found for our mattress. It's beautifully made and fits perfectly. My wife and I are so impressed by the attitude and care of the Tempur-pedic People - we recommend the company to you all. We've never regretted buying our first Tempur-pedic and all the pillows too. Family members have purchased fake foam mattresses - don't waste your money. Tempur-pedic is more but very good value.

We bought this cover but it doesn't fit and is way too big. I read reviews saying it was too big but took a chance anyway. Now I regret the purchase. The sheets slide around and the cover gets bunched up under you. We have had to use 6+ sheet straps to hold it down and in place. This is way more work and frustration than I would expect from Tempur-Pedic. It's obvious the head of the company never uses these products because they wouldn't be for sale if they did. Very very disappointed to say the least.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too large for the mattress, slides around under sheets ThIs king Tempur-pedic mattress protector is at least 3 inches too large on both the sides and the top/bottom of the king Tempur-pedic mattress. I've tried to keep the cover in place with elastic corner clips and even zip ties. The mattress cover is very loose, slides around and bunches up under the sheets. It's unsightly and uncomfortable. The quality is probably adequate but it's not usable since it does not fit the mattress. Priced at over $150, I was expecting a snug custom fit for the Tempur-pedic mattress. It's disappointing but I'm hoping the company will correct the defect and provide a replacement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still sweating! I purchased this pad from Tempurpedic because I was afraid to just put a sheet over my new Tempur Adapt Pro mattress. I purchased this particular mattress because with my older one (Tempur Cloud Lux) I couldn't stop sweating at night. Well, this particular pad is doing the same thing, even though it says that it has "cooling features", I had to return it and just sleep on my sheets without a protector pad. I was told that the actual pad that is new mattress has on zips off and is washable. I was just concerned about some liquid dropping on like water or coffee, it and not having any waterproof protection.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful product with awful customer service I own a new Tempur Pedic mattress so I figured buying a protector from the same company would provide the best fit. And they said it will fit any mattress thickness. Boy was I wrong. As other reviews have stated, the protector is too big for the mattress. The size on the page says a king protector is 76" x 80" yet the top of my protector measured 84" x 86" (not including the mesh to fit it on the sides). And customer service's response was to tuck it further under the bed after they refused to accept a return. I love my mattress but this sours my view of Tempur Pedic as a company. What a waste of money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate this protector We have adjustable base, Tempurpedic mattress split king. These protectors don't fit well and WILL NOT stay on the mattress. When I chatted with a Tempurpedic rep he just gave a shoulder shrug and "well, these things happen sometimes". He suggested the straps that help hold them in place. It's an ok solution but a pain in the but to get on and off. Tempurpedic has verbiage somewhere that if you don't use their mattress protectors, you mattress warranty may be voided. I had a Tempurpedic before this that had a zip on protector. I never even knew it was there til it was time to wash it, then it was easy peashooter to get off, wash and put back on. I'd like to have an option for that.

This is our third tempur mattress we've had and we love the mattress (the 8 degree cooler mattress, their most expensive king mattress, btw), but this pad, as many others are saying, doesn't fit snugly, it bunches up, slides around and it hot. I have to chuckle at some of these 5 star reviews going on about how great it fits and how cool it is. It either fits or it doesn't and it's either hot or not. It doesn't fit and it's hot- Period. With the prior mattresses, we used the old thin one, which was much better, IMO (although still has flaws). Can't they come up with something better that actually works?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT MATTRESS PROTECTOR [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure WHY I DIDN'T ORDER this protector when I bought my mattress back in 2018. I had a dust protector on mattress and though it was liquid protected until MY GRANDSON WET the bed recently. Well that was a rude awakening and I could NOT afford another mattress so I had to mitigate the situation as BEST I could. Ordering a protector NOW put my mind at ease and I tried cleaning mattress BEST I could by asking your consults "what to do". They were great to talk with but not allot I could do.... Ease of ordering was great and when I received, it went on bed immediately so I am at rest now considering........ LOL Happy Grandma!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Slippery We bought a Tempurpedic Breeze mattress and thought we should stick with the same brand for a mattress cover. We like the mattress, but the cover is a disappointment. The surface of the Breeze mattress is very smooth, and so is the underside of the mattress cover. The result is that when you are in bed, you can feel the cover slipping around every time you move. In addition, the mattress cover tends to wrinkle, and it is very difficult to make up the bed and have it look neat and unwrinkled. Do not recommend, at least for the Breeze mattress.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not fit well We ordered a new mattress protector as our other one was starting to stretch after 6 years of use. The new one has a better material and feel, but it is way too big. We have the Cloud Luxe, which is a really tall mattress and we always have trouble finding sheets that are big enough, but this thing is huge and sags. We were told by the mattress store that we had to use a Tempur-Pedic cover for the mattress warranty to stay valid, so I am annoyed that the Tempur-Pedic brand King cover does not fit the bed. If you have a mattress that is not as tall as the Cloud Luxe, this thing is probably much worse.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't make my same mistake! I actually never write reviews but felt the need to write one in this case. We bought this mattress cover to protect our new tempurpedic mattress. The backing on it makes the topper super slippery on the mattress so you slide around when you're moving in bed. You would expect with a slippery backing that it would do a good job at least of keeping the mattress dry. However, the first time I spilled something on it, the liquid soaked right through. It is frustrating too because they will not accept returns on this item. Buy another brand if you want a mattress cover. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does a good job protecting the mattress [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on the second mattress protector for our bed, the first one was getting a little worn, and the underside was starting to fray. Over the course of several years, no stain or even liquid penetrated the protective cover, I was thoroughly impressed. I've never used my mattress without this protective cover, mostly so that I don't void the warranty by staining it, but also to just protect the mattress in general. I don't know if it inhibits heat from dissipating through the mattress or not, but either way, I'd prefer to leave it on even if it did.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced and doesn't stay on. Poor choice in materials I only bought it because it's mandatory for the warranty. I used the warranty several times on my last tempurpedic. The mattress protector uses a very silky material for the part that wraps under the side of the mattress. I rarely make it through the night with it staying on. It also creates a slippery surface causing my sheets to no longer have holding power either. This is a functional product not one that needs to look pretty. Give it some heavy duty elastic or some straps to go under the mattress. This product should be included with the purchase of a new mattress, its not worth the price tag.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too large for a Queen Mattress Recently had my LuxeBreeze bed as well as my mattress topper delivered to my home. I was excited to use the new bed, but I did not enjoy the mattress topper at all. The product seems to be much larger than a queen bed. With this, additional fabric bunches when you have your bed in a "zero G" layout. Also, due to the additional fabric, you slide around on the mattress topper since it is not form fitting. You would think buying a bed and a mattress topper from the same company, they would work hand in hand, but it is not the case with the mattress topper, especially with how much the product costs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad fit and materials are separating Like other posts, I was compelled to by the mattress protector to ensure mattress warranty. After initial use, saw how poorly it fit. It slides all over so I bought 4 sheet secure straps. This helped but then my fitted sheet still moved a lot on top of the protector given it's sheen materials. The protector is also tough to wash and dry. It is dripping wet even after several spin cycles. I was afraid to put it in the dryer with so much water. Now after less than 3 years, the "vinyl" layer closest to the mattress has separated from the top layer. I removed it and love how the bed feels with out the "plastic" feel and sound of the protector. Will just take my chances with a voided warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not waterproof like advertised [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grandson had accident and it went directly through the mattress protector and stained the mattress! After following the website instructions to file a warranty claim after a week still no response, so called Tempur pedic and they said it has to be done online, so did that and received nothing back so called again and they said it didn't go through so they were going to push it through, so I am waiting and font know if I'm supposed to clean the mattress or sleep on the stain! So far not impressed with customer service in the warranty process

Our 4 year old TempurPedic mattress is still very supportive, flat and hasn't developed lumps and bumps and a center hump like inner-spring mattresses have after 4 years... We did think there was a problem, but we quickly discovered it was the mattress protector we were using. Where this mattress protector worked great on inner spring mattresses, it did NOT work on the TempurPedic. Once we bought a waterproof dust-mite proof mattress protector from TempuPedic, our troubles were over. AND the added benefit is the new protector is easy to wash! We zip off the mattress protector that is on the mattress itself, and then wash them both, and put them back on, and we're in business! Love these products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Temper-Protect mattress cover for my daughter's Temper-Pedic queen sized bed. Since it is such a high quality mattress, I wanted the same for the mattress cover, and I thought it'd most likely fit perfectly as well. The mattress cover did not disappoint. It fit very well, and my daughter said that it feels just like the mattress did before the cover was placed on the bed. Just what you want! Great product and the quality is worth the price. I also wanted to be sure the mattress itself was protected from stains, and it seems like this will also protect the mattress and has provided us peace of mind for the initial investment of the bed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much better product than previous version [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the previous version of the mattress protector, which was replaced 3 times under warranty, as the plastic coating would eventually peel away from the fabric. We have only had this version for a couple months, but it appears to be of a different construction type that should hopefully not have this same issue. Otherwise it appears to be of very good construction, it feels to be fairly breathable, it fits the mattress pretty well, although we do have issues with it pulling up off the corners, but I think that has more to do with my sleep style, and the mattress, as it happened with the previous mattress protector, and most of our sheets also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleep like you always wanted & kept putting it off!!! I finally made a purchase to buy me the Tempur-pedic LuxEBreeze Firm mattress. The best thing I had done in all my years as I suffer from lower back problems and now upper neck problems. I sleep like a baby and stay asleep all night long without twisting and turning like before. I enjoy the coolness of 8 degrees cooler when lying on this mattress. I highly recommend the LuxEBreeze Firm mattress to anyone who is suffering from back issues and/or just pain in the body as I wake up feeling pain free!!! Outstanding work Tempur-pedic for assembling such a fine mattress for back pain people!!!

It was the best purchase that we have ever made. The comfort, the best sleep - who could want more. We have 4 Tempur-Pedic king size pillows that we sleep with every night. Can't say enough great things about the pillows. No pillow can compete. My recent purchase of the Tempur-Pedic mattress protector was great. I had a mattress cover before and our mattress looks brand new. I just wanted a new one after 20 years. My new protector is much nicer than the old one and fits perfectly. I would highly recommend Tempur-Pedic to anyone that needs a new mattress. We wouldn't own anything but a Tempur-Pedic,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time or money on the mattress protector I was told when I purchased my bed that I would have to put a protector on it or the warranty would be voided. After a bad experience with the store protector and a return, I decided to buy the one Tempurpedic sold thinking that it would be a "perfect" fit. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The tempurpedic protector didn't fit or stay on the bed any better than the store brand. I finally contacted Tempurpedic and expressed my frustration and the issues I was experiencing. The sleep expert advised me to remove the cover and told me it would not void my warranty. I removed the cover and I am much happier! No more slip sliding away on the bed and the bed actually performs better without it!

I called Customer Support for clarification understanding that I could not return the item. I was told that the mattress pad (Full size) had been improved and had elastic strips at the corner now to keep it snug. I order it and there were not straps, and it is not snug. I lost faith in the credibility of their customer support. I could have ordered something less expensive from another merchant and ended up w/ the same outcome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product. Pricey I haven't tried the one delivered on this order yet, but I had purchased one with the bed originally. I got the second one so that I can change it out on the bed and have time to wash and dry the one off the bed. They are a real lifesaver. Coffee and/or tea spills, grand kids' bed wetting & upset stomachs (I don't have grand kids, but if you do, you know whereof I speak), cats' & dogs' upset stomachs (and, as they get older, less-reliable bladders); heck! OUR less-reliable bladders as we get older. This cover has stood up to everything we've thrown at it while keeping the mattress underneath pristine. It seems awfully expensive for what it is, but since it does the job, I'm willing to pay it. Good product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality good, fit is a little unusual Salesperson really stressed importance of getting this product to protect mattress. It is well made and looks good. However, it does not fit like a typical mattress cover (it hangs over the edges by about 2 or 3 inches....yes it's on correctly). This appears to be by design to protect the entire top cover of the mattress, but because its a little big the protector can bunch up underneath the covers. Not a big issue...just a minor nuisance. It's also a little slick, so covers slide on it. Overall, though, it is well made and would buy again, but it takes a little getting used to.
