Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleeping on a cloud At first, I fell in love with the soft side of this pillow. It is extremely soft and feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. Over time I realized that I wanted more support so I inverted the pillow to use the firmer side and realized that I actually preferred the firmer texture due to the support it gave. For reference I am a side sleeper. I hope Casper can make a version of the soft side that is a bit thicker so it has more support while still being so soft!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clever pillow This was a gift for my nephew and he likes to use it open. It's comfortable and nice a large. The only downside is finding a cover for the pillow. It will be good when Purple offers a custom size pillow cover.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a weird pillow I couldn't tell the difference between the two sides, but either way it was zipped up was way too big. I would've loved to keep the pillow unzipped, but there's no way to put a cover over it that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really good pillow Took years to find a pillow that didn't hurt my husband's neck. He goes to bed with a hurting neck, & wakes up in the morning & it no longer hurts. The firm could be a little more firm, though. He also has to turn it in the middle of the night to cool off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from returning cloud pillows I just recently purchased 2 cloud pillows, but, unfortunately, I am gping have to return them. I have tried both firm and soft sides, but still uncomfortable. for some reason, I do not like the pillows from Purple. I purchased the original one a few years back and gave it away. Last year, I purchased the next one they had and it, also was uncomfortable. I also gave that one away. I have bought 3 mattress sets and then upgraded two of the to the purple 2. The mattresses are fantastic, but not crazy about the pillows. Maybe it is just me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Depends on your shoulder span The adjustability of the firmness is nice. My husband loves it, but in combination with the hybrid 4, my body sinks in enough that the pillow is too large on either setting and it makes my neck hurt. I prefer the Harmony pillow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I had high hopes I really wanted to love this. I've been through more pillows than I care to admit. Somehow, this was both too firm and too soft. When I used the soft side, my head collapsed into it, and I woke up with it folded like a taco around my face. The firm side was a little too firm. I think a perfect blend might be one side of each. I also should have paid attention to the dimensions. This pillow is narrow, like a body pillow. It was also too hot for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pillow should be called the magic neck fixer I have easily tried a dozen pillows to fix neck and shoulder (trap muscle) pain, it was so bad I went to drs. massages, and even physical therapy. This pillow is the only one that has guaranteed a fix. I liked it so much I bought a 2nd, to make sure I can keep using them into the future and to make sure I have a supply when they wear out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for the first year - falling flat now I LOVED this pillow for the first year. Unfortunately it did not last as long as you'd imagine an expensive pillow should last. No matter how many times we switch from Soft to Firm and try to fluff it, the inner filling of the pillow has lost its "magic" and the middle of the pillow falls very flat. Disappointed it didn't happen until we missed the 1 warranty window.

Had awhile and they are as fluffy as when I purchased them. I was looking to replace crappy pillow that smash down over time and these don't. Just love them

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the investment! I tried three types of Purple pillows while staying in California last spring. I sleep on my side and settled on the Twin Cloud despite trying the more expensive option which seemed less substantial to me. Vacuum-packed two to bring home by plane which allowed them to fit in my suitcase ;-). Thought I'd use the firm configuration but am happy with the soft for now. I punch diagonally opposite corners every few days, turn the whole item over most mornings - and am very pleased with the comfort achieved! My husband loves his too :-). I just hope that the three pillows I returned after trialling but rejecting, found new homes somehow and were not dumped. The 100 night trial is very generous. I just hope it's environmentally ethical too?
