Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth the investment! I tried three types of Purple pillows while staying in California last spring. I sleep on my side and settled on the Twin Cloud despite trying the more expensive option which seemed less substantial to me. Vacuum-packed two to bring home by plane which allowed them to fit in my suitcase ;-). Thought I'd use the firm configuration but am happy with the soft for now. I punch diagonally opposite corners every few days, turn the whole item over most mornings - and am very pleased with the comfort achieved! My husband loves his too :-). I just hope that the three pillows I returned after trialling but rejecting, found new homes somehow and were not dumped. The 100 night trial is very generous. I just hope it's environmentally ethical too?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok not great This particular pillow is just ok. Most mornings I wake up without a neck ache which is my biggest pillow goal. My biggest issue with this pillow is it won't stay under my head. I've zip it to the fullest style and that somehow allows it to roll out from under my head or farther in, raising my head too high.. I will not purchase this pillow again but I will keep using it for now. What I want from you is a way to see (feel) your pillows before buying. I cannot locate anyone that has any of your pillows in stock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect pillow I've gone through so many pillows looking for the right one. I like a good balance of softness and thickness for support, and have never found the perfect combination until now. I've had it for about a month now, and it hasn't gone flat at all. Perfect for side sleeping and stomach sleeping. I haven't even tried the hard side yet because the soft side is so perfect. And sliding my arm into the middle while I sleep is so comfortable. Goes perfect with our purple 3 mattress and adjustable base.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Twin cloud pillow I do love this pillow! To sleep I use it unzipped because I like a flatter pillow. If I'm watching a movie in bed or even on the couch I zip it up. My only issue is the fabric gets caught multiple times when zipping it to the firm size. I'm worried I will break either the zipper or the rip the fabric in the process. I also wish they released a pillow case the same time as the pillow. I find the cotton outer fabric of the pillow kind of scratchy compared to my cotton jersey sheets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two For The Price Of One I tried the firmer side for a few days first, then the softer side. I prefered the softer side for when I'm on my back. The firmer side wasn't firm enough for my neck when I was on my side, so I bought a different pillow for when I'm not on my back. For me it is not a big deal to switch pillows since I start on my back and then the rest of the night is side to side sleeping. I do love this pillow and would recommend it for the sole reason of being given two pillows in one!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not that great Pillow arrived two MONTHS after ordering it, and unfortunately the company never contacted me about the delay. It wasn't until I called that it miraculously appeared on my doorstep two days later with no reason given for the long wait, I bought this for Christmas because, my husband LOVED our purple mattress so much, that I thought he'd love the pillow. Sadly, this pillow was "like sleeping with your head on a mountain", but not because of the firmness (quite the opposite, they weren't firm at all!) just that it was too many layers under his neck. I ended up cutting the pillows down the middle and sewing them up to make four separate decent pillows, none of which were firm enough for him. And returning them for a refund would be a huge hassle for me. I would not buy pillows from this company. Stick to mattresses!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing I love this pillow. I've tried all pillows and can never be satisfied. I thought I'd give it a try. After a month of fighting to actually get the pillow I finally received it and it's my dream pillow! Usually when I change pillows I get a strain in my neck from sleeping different but not with this one!! My neck has not been sore once. My only complaint is that I wish it was bigger. It feels so small going from a king size pillow to this tiny thing lol. But it's wonderful!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Went flat It was not my cup of tea you really can't put your arm through it and sleep at the same time it needs to have a cutout so the shoulder can go into the pillow other wise it's like a pool arm floaty I have shoulder problems and thought this would be perfect for me but my head was almost on the bed after 5 nights I was always trying to fluff it up so I could get comfortable. Some people may love this pillow looks like it's high quality and good design but it's not for me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Pillow I purchased the twin cloud pillow and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. So far it is comfortable (I haven't tried the firm side only the soft side). I like that there is a space in the middle of the pillow for a place to put my arms. I just wish that Purple would come out with a pillow case for this pillow that lets you use the middle space to its full advantage because right now I'm using a normal pillowcase that blocks the other side of the pillow off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly is like a Cloud! I've ordered all sorts of down-alternative pillows, and this one put them all to shame! It is so fluffy and soft, and cradles my head perfectly. I like switching between the softer and firmer side, depending on how I'm feeling, and they are both great for different reasons. The softer side is more like a cloud that you sink into, and the firmer side gives a higher, slightly firmer feel and I like having both options! My daughter and husband love sleeping on it too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleeping on a cloud At first, I fell in love with the soft side of this pillow. It is extremely soft and feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. Over time I realized that I wanted more support so I inverted the pillow to use the firmer side and realized that I actually preferred the firmer texture due to the support it gave. For reference I am a side sleeper. I hope Casper can make a version of the soft side that is a bit thicker so it has more support while still being so soft!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have 3 degenerative discs in my neck & lower back I personally am not comfortable sleeping on this pillow due to the fact i have 3 degenerative discs in my neck & lower back. Its ok to lean on when sitting up in bed. But its too high up for my neck . It actually hurts my neck to attempt sleeping on. Im sure for others without neck injuries it would be fine. I personally prefer my purple grid pillow it weighs a lot more but is lower & is 1000 % more comfortable on my neck.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes a great gift I made up my mind to purchase the Purple Harmony in December as a holiday gift to myself and seeing progressive discounts for purchasing multiple pillows, I decided to purchase another for an old friend. He decided on the Twin Cloud. He said I should order them both for myself, try them both and give him the one I liked the least. I liked the Purple Harmony. I could not try the Twin Cloud because it was too big and bulky and I didn't have twin/double pillow covers for it. And my friend would not come over to pick it up either. So it just stayed on my shelf for several months. Finally in July we met and he picked it up. I called him later and he said it was a good pillow for his feet, which were achy. On Aug 31, the same day I received this email requesting a review for this pillow, I also received a card from my friend. It read 'The pillow is GREAT! Promoted to head pillow'.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Is it just me, or can you not use a pillowcase with this? I like to use a silk pillowcase for my curly hair. However, a pillowcase constricts the flexibility and 'rise' of the pillow. It feels flat. Conversely, I have been using it without a pillowcase and even after washing it twice in one day, its still yellow. Why make a white pillow that you can't use a pillowcase with? Otherwise, its a great pillow--my neck pain is gone. Just doesnt seem functional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement The pillow is basically 2 ordinary pillows sewn together. I think it's a great idea, they just need to execute it much better. It's WAY too lofty, you'd think they would've put 2 half-sized pillows together so that all together it makes one pillow when zipped, but each half is almost a full pillow on it's own. The soft side is better for all positions, the hard side is too hard, even for a large side sleeper like me. The stitching in the pillow was also frayed and unraveling with loose cotton coming everywhere so not the best finishing on it. And it gets hot really fast, no cooling features at all from what I could tell. Only good thing I could say was that it was filled very evenly. I also figured out this technique where you can leave it unzipped and rest half against your headboard and then flop it down quickly if you want to change positions, but to do that you can't use a pillowcase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the one for us We thought we'd try it out, since we love all of our other purple products (mattress, dog bed, pillows, and seat cushions). It was compared to a feather pillow and I especially was intrigued, but the comparison fell uber short of our set expectations! Also, there is no way to put a pillow case, on this bad boy. The Purple Harmony™ Pillow is a better product, in our opinion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can I have a refund? Dead serious These seemed like a great idea at first. But these are near impossible to manage. Pillowcases don't work well at all with these pillows and the thickness makes it impossible to sleep on. It barely makes out as a sham pillow to prop your back up. I own all the other purple pillows (except plush) and have had decent experiences. The twin cloud is not worth the high price.

I like a firmer pillow but with some give and then sometimes I want a pillow that I sink into and it cradles my head. This pillow gives me both experiences. I have looked forever for a pillow that would help me get good restful sleep and I found it with the Twin Cloud. I would buy it again and have recommended it to others.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great for the first year - falling flat now I LOVED this pillow for the first year. Unfortunately it did not last as long as you'd imagine an expensive pillow should last. No matter how many times we switch from Soft to Firm and try to fluff it, the inner filling of the pillow has lost its "magic" and the middle of the pillow falls very flat. Disappointed it didn't happen until we missed the 1 warranty window.
