You need to stand right in front of it and pull on both knobs together to get drawer open. Dings on the dresser. Wasn’t going to fight with Ashley about it. I’ve seen reviews!

The description says you have to assemble it, the only thing we had to do was screw the knobs onto the drawers. Would definitely buy it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t buy it. It’s cheap. All of the drawers have already popped off the tracks. Looks like the tracks are all bent. I bought it December 2022 but just started using it at the end of February. & when I mean “using it” I mean, I had maybe 5 t shirts in one drawer, 6 pairs of leggings in another, maybe 15 pairs of socks, & the rest were empty. So I’m not understanding why the tracks would be bent with no weight on it. Don’t buy it.

The only think I don’t like about it it’s that it kind of wobbly and shakes when you open the drawers. It’s not the best quality, but I take care of my things , so that’s no issue for me. Other than that, it’s a good product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice upon first first look I have to say that upon opening the box the dresser looked really nice. Until I removed the drawers so I could move the dresser more easily. I didn't know the dresser wasn't going to have a solid bottom to it. Also it had a missing piece on the bottom as well, and damage to one side where the dresser is coming apart. If I hadnt waited months for this dresser I'd ask for a replacement but I dont want to wait even longer so I will be trying to fix it myself.
