Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I purchased these chairs along with the bench to go with the Bolanburg Counter Height Table - Big mistake. The chairs as well as the bench are too low for the table. Being as I had to put the chairs and bench together - they sat in the box for a few weeks, thus voiding returning them in the alloted time frame. They are unstable, and wobbly, the screws stripped so easily. Although they look nice, they are not practical and at this point really unusable. The table itself is sturdy and nice. If you decide to get the table, by all means do NOT get these chairs OR the bench - unless of coarse you have an extremely long torso...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very sturdy. Have to make sure you tighten the bolts that attach the legs to the seat really tight or they aren’t sturdy. Good height for our counter. Wide enough for larger bottoms. Comfortable enough to sit on for long periods of time. Two out of four chairs the legs are uneven. Bought felt chair leg protectors and that helped. Uneven chair legs seem to be a thing for ashley furniture. We bought the matching kitchen table set and 2/4 chair were uneven too. But those are so bad we are getting replacements.

You need a Phillips head screwdriver, which they don't tell you. They just show you a picture of a generic screwdriver. It says you need two people to assemble, but if you've ever tried to put something together with your spouse with less than favorable results (you know what I mean) you are better off doing it by yourself.

I just assembled the stools recently as I previously had no need for them, and one support piece for one of the stools that goes screwed into the front leg and the back leg was cracked. Unfortunately, it completely broke when I tried to screw it into the leg. I'm hoping I can get a replacement part? How do I go about ordering one? I made this purchase about 3-4 months ago.
