Unfortunate as it makes them seem cheap quality. Overall, the materials seem solid. Not gone through any meaningful use yet, so longevity tbd.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from One miss-drilled made it difficult to assemble. Basically straight forward assemble, except for one prethreaded hole in the foot ring would not accept the bolt that held the leg to the ring. It was threaded at a misaligned angle. Eventually, attempts to thread the bolt stripped the bolt threads. A different bolt was used, but due to the bolts having washers permanently mounted, I had to drill out the hole in the wood leg to enable the oversized washer/bolt to be used in place of the stripped bolt. Poor quality control of the predrilled hole. Needed to use extra tools and modify the chair to get it assembled.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love them but.. Overall we like these barstools & they work great in our space. However, they are extremely top heavy! And we have the counter height barstools! They have fallen over on our hardwood floors more times than I care to count. One time in particular, I had a light cardigan draped over the back and it fell like a ton of bricks when one of my kids grazed it. Seriously?! Not ideal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Those foot rests though Level chair legs before tightening the fasteners. Use thread lock on all your fasteners as well, they will come loose often. Cushions flattens quickly. Foot rest protrudes farther than the legs and will contact sides of counters and leaves dark marks, so be careful pushing them in.

Other than that the wood is solid the seat is comfortable the chairs colors are exactly what we wanted .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The wood finish on the stool was poor. Small splinters were coming from the wood that would hurt you hand. Needed to be sanded and sealed for a smoother, splinter free surface. Also one stool had an inch wood splinter /check protruding from the edge of the chair. Chair was solid and good overall but needs a higher quality finished surface.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfy and Worth it! The chairs are comfortable and easy to assemble. Be careful as we had a number of pieces that gave me slivers. I ended up taking a soft cloth and gently wiped each seat back to identify the loose “wood”. Then removed the few I found and used a marker to color in the missing chard. All in all would highly recommend, especially for the price!
