Rated 1 out of 5 by from Its green and it it does not lock when reclined So I waited almost 2 months for delivery only to get a green sort of olive recliner, I thought it looked brownish in the pic.. While I except I ordered it on line so the color may not be what I thought, its the fact that when you recline in it it does not lock in place to stay up! The whole chair tips forward to the ground with any movement with the foot rest up all the way!. Its bizzare. I have never had a recliner that does not stay locked in place and stop rocking when you recline. We will be replacing this as soon as we can afford too. Its sad, all my furniture comes from Ashley, but I would not recommend this to anyone, and I have been unable to get thru to Ashley to see if this is actually broken and can be replaced???

Nice design, soft and comfortable fabric and its an exceptional size!! If I had the room, I would purchase another!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed The chair when opened is short. My mom is 5’1” and her feet were hanging over the recliner. Also the handle to pull the recliner up is super low on the chair so my mom was falling out of the chair to pull up the recliner. I’ve tried to return the product to the store, but could not because I purchased it online. I’ve been trying to call, email, and chat to facilitate a return but I have not gotten any response. It’s been horrible. I have yet to speak to someone over the phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as comfortable as expected The chair back gives too much forward resistance when reclining, and the foot rest is too short and doesn't rise enough. (I'm 5-11.) Sitting in this recliner for a few minutes in the showroom wasn't enough to get a true evaluation of its comfort, or lack of it in this case, unfortunately. It looks good, however, and does provide good lower back support.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Chair broke in less than 2 years. This recliner seem great at first but after 1 year and a half of regular lose its completly faling apart. The hardware cracked the wood in the back and it's no longer under warranty. I extremely disappointed and reevaluation my decision to buy my furniture at Ashley. I thought ashley furniture would last.

The recliner is awesome. It replaced another one that was less than a year old. We can tell the quality is great and will last for a long time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sharp metal pieces Only reason it’s a 3 start is that on both sides of cushions there are sharp metal pieces from parts built into the chair. Enough pressure and I believe it would actually cut you. I stuffed a couple dish towels between the cushions. Probably wouldn’t be an issue if they had placed sone padding there.

It does not swivel, but is still an amazing addition! It took a little bit longer than anticipated for delivery but definitely worth the wait!
