Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfectly comfortable, attractive, and sturdy We have owned many sofas over the years and this is, by far, our favorite. It is supportive and firm but not hard and, after using it for two months, it hasn't gotten saggy. You can tilt the seat and legs to a multitude of positions with the separate head rest adjustable for comfort. The controls are on the inside of the arm so you can reach them easily. The heat setting doesn't get too warm, but still is cozy. We aren't big fans of the massage feature, but it works well. The material seems sturdy and the unit looks good from the back as well as the front. Storage in the arms and console is generous. We don't use the blue light, but it's nice to have the option to have it on when needed. The only thing I'd change is that I'd like to have a memory feature so you could save your favorite setting. The single button that returns everything to the neutral position is so convenient! I would definitely recommend having it professionally set up, though. It is a heavy unit and, unless you have several people to help, it would be a challenge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!!! This Love seat is very comfortable and comes with some great features. All we wanted was reclining chairs much like you see in movie theaters today. We got more than that. The massage and heated seats are a nice bonus. This love seat also has LED lighting underneath for ambiance; we will probably never use the LED lights, but it's a nice touch. Also, the storage is amazing! There is a storage in the center console, the armrest on each side have storage and there are large opening on the sides. Way more storage than we will use. The only small compliant i would make is the power requirements. This recliner need 3 outlets and the power adaptors are large and not easy to hide. We placed it near a wall and added a power strip. When all said and done, power is not a big issue. I would purchase these again.

Bought the sofa and the loveseat and it has pretty much the same features, except the wireless charging for your phone, but each arm has a place where you can plug your phone cord in to charge. And it is missing the pull down feature that has the built in lights. It does have a center console where you can put things in there like a remote or a book or magazine. Still has the outside pockets, the built in lights on the bottom where you can turn on or off by a single button next to the control panel. Would definitely recommend.

I love having the charger port but putting it on the inside caused it to get knocked out too easily. Would have been better on the top of the arm rest, outside the arm, or even inside the console.

Love the couch, we had seen it and tested in a showroom store - the leather is comfortable and feels durable - love the heated seats and massage, very adjustable, plenty of storage and power connections - the lights underneath are neat looking, though we will not really use them, but if you have kids around, they would probably think it's cool - also smooth delivery process to the door
