More cushioning in the seated area would have made a huge difference! The bottom of the furniture doesn't have that thin layer of covering that comes with most pieces of furniture. The reclining (manual) feature seems to work fine however the leg portion is also very thin (no padding) and seems a little cheap. Overall, it's nice for the price and looks as pictured. I've only had my furniture for about 2 weeks so I'm hoping it holds up!

I’ve done an online chat but have not heard back from anyone yet with a plan to replace it. Please let me know how I can get a replacement.
