Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not at all happy! We purchased this set (couch) in April 2019. It is now January 2020, and I am already shopping for a new sofa. We have multiple issues with this set. Fabric is a ribbed chenille and is not at all comfortable to sit on. The cushions slip, glide or slide forward too easily. The velcro is no help. The cushions have to be reset MANY times throughout the day or evening. The seat cushions have already failed. It is like sitting on the floor. The faux wood is inferior and easily blemished. I would not recommend this set to anyone. We lost money on this purchase and are now looking for another set.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from looks great, fabric doesn't hold up well Putchased in May 2019. It is now December 2019, and I am already shopping for a new sofa. We have multiple areas where the raised part of the fabric (kind of like chenille meets courderoy) are snagged and pulled up which is a half a step away from a rip. The cushions slip off easily despite the velcro and I find myself having to push the cusion back into positon multiple times an evening. The attached back cushions require :fluffing" a ton or they sink downward (proabbly the issue with the seat cushions not staying in place). We don't really use the couch a ton and we take care of our furniture, so I am not sure why we have had such bad luck with this particular sofa. So disappointing , I really loved the look of this sofa when we purchased it!

The lines are beautiful with the exposed wood along the bottom sweeping up to curve outward at the arms. It has a great traditional look with being boring. The upholstery is lovely both in texture and color and just popped when I added pillows in my accent color of turquoise. And it's very comfortable. I strained my back a couple of weeks ago and discovered that the sofa was the only place I could sleep comfortably for a few days. I am VERY pleased with this purchase and also bought the matching loveseat.

She has been trying to trade it for a leather sofa, but it very difficult to get through to anyone. She was only able to reach someone after the 72 hour return policy but now you all won’t let her exchange it. We like shopping at Ashley but this has turned us off. I would not recommend buying from Ashley unless you are positive it is what you want.

We really like the color and how it all comes together in my living room space. Comfortable too! After getting the love seat, I am almost wishing that I had purchased two of the sofa's instead. But over all, we are pleased with the new furniture set and hope that it lasts us a few years!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Like the look but uncomfortable if sitting longer than 30 mins We like the look of this couch and matching loveseat, but there's something about them that makes use want to crawl out of our skin after sitting in them too long. I wish I knew what it was... thinking they are not firm enough or something. I've had other couches from Ashley that did not have this affect.

I purchased a sofa from Ashley in 2006 and it lasted without sagging for 15 years. I wish I would have had it reapolstered instead of buying a new one .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Couch & Loveseat I bought the loveseat and the standard couch. The couch gets used much more than the loveseat and I can't even describe how disappointed I am!! When it first arrived, it really looked great, however, shortly after, it became a nightmare! The back stationary cushions are separating from the frame exposing the stuffing in the back...do I even have to talk about the seat cushions.....when you sit on them you definitely need help getting up because they are sunken to the point that is is impossible to get up without help! Every time someone sits on the couch it MOVES BACK ABOUT 2 INCHES!! I have to keep pushing the couch back in to position where it should be. Neither the couch or the loveseat are against the wall because that is not conducive to the arrangement of my furniture. The Loveseat has a Cedar chest behind it and is the only reason it doesn't move. The couch has no barrier behind it and moves backward everytime someone sits down on it. The finish on the 'so called trim' is rubbing off exposing the plastic!! I am so disappointed in this product and am absolutely beside myself knowing I MUST replace it after such a short time!!
