Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for our family tv room Nice chairs. Can’t beat the price. Head rests move forward/toward head and back with button in addition to a recline button. Great having 2 cup holders and 2 compartments on each chair to store items close by. These came into the house easily, as the back is a separate piece from base. I would imagine these would fit nicely in an RV for this reason, if anyone is curious about that. Comfy chairs and we love the charcoal gray color that leans more to the brown side of a gray rather than the blue side of a gray.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the chair! Wish the lights could be turned off without turning off their ability to function. I absolutely love this chair!!! I broke my back this summer and couldn’t get in and a out of bed so I needed a place to sleep that would support my spine yet be comfortable enough to sleep in. This chair was the answer!! The reason I only gave it four stars is because there is no option to turn off the lights and still be able to use the function buttons. I have the chair in my bedroom and the lights keep my husband awake. I’ve had to lay extra heavy blankets over the arm to block the light, which in turn make it too hot to sleep. The only option for the lights is to turn off the chair with the switch on the cord - rendering the chair useless. I am not able to bend over to keep using the switch on the cord. Just wish they would have made it with the ability to turn off the lights but still use the buttons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What I Wanted This chair is extremely comfortable and works wonderfully! Motors are quiet and smooth. The only thing I would change is the control button lighting--there is no way to turn off the lighting on the buttons themselves; and when the room is dark, it is quite noticeable. But that is not a deal breaker, and I can understand why some folks would want this feature. Definitely recommend this recliner--both for comfort and aesthetics. Note-I am 5'2" and the size is perfect.

The controls for the chair are on the arm instead of a manual device attached with a cord that can get twisted or hang down to the floor.The back and neck are easily adjustable to a position of watching TV or sitting up while icing my swollen ankles resting on the ottoman. The cup holders on each side are a nice feature, especially since they can be illuminated. And I like the storage compartments under the arm rests.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from can't get anyone to talk to I figured with Ashley quality & service, we'd order two, but expected something better than cheap plastic cupholders (with holes in the bottom no less, so liquids, etc. drip onto your flooring). One of the lights for the cupholder don't work. No off on switch so it stays on all the time. Can't get anyone by phone or message to talk to. Quick enough to take my money however. Uncomfortable (hard cushion) Not worth the money. Bought this with the good reviews.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great chair Really nice recliner. Great for watching TV and movies. My dogs like to sit with me so it's a little narrow for that but they have figured it out. The buttons are really sensitive and my dogs were constantly pushing them when they got in the chair. I swapped the cupholder sides and now they don't change my recline when they move around. It would be nice if the chair had a programmable memory position and a button to go back zero to get out more easily.

To be able to move my body in a comfortable position by just a finger pressure to the control is super. The full recline position is also excellent and it gives me the ability to take that quick nap in this chair. I really like this product. I recently had a back issue where I am going to need surgery and this recliner helped me during this time. Worth the price to me.

They do lose their firmness but you won't really notice until you sit in one that doesn't get used as often and feel how much more firm that one is in comparison. But the others are still comfy! And my husband and I were on the bigger side when we 1st bought them and we fit comfortably (not in 1 together), more so than a traditional recliner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable recliner! My wife never wanted to get a recliner but I finally got my wish. After we got made me order one for her as well. The chairs have just the right amount of cushion and the headrest adjust is a nice feature too! If I had to find one negative it would be that it isn't very long or stable when fully reclined. But I don't fully recline it so I don't notice either of those often enough to take a star off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommend it. I also bought the warranty as there is no way for me to take the chair in to fix electric recliner. I purchased after a friend showed me their chair. I had to go in person at the store to see how far it laid down. Perfect! I love the USB connector next to the right cup holder. I also LOVE both arms lift for storage. And really nice is the blue lights around the cup holders and under the chair. It’s great for a nightlight while watching TV. I don’t trip over the dog in the dark. lol

The power controls around cup holder is nicely laid out, but the controls for reclining are very sensitive & can quickly jerk the back. This isn't great for people with bad back pain which I have. Hopefully after a little use it will break in well.

The material is durable and has held up wonderfully with no peeling. The cushions are firm, yet comfortable. The ability to position the head rest makes this a very comfortable chair. We have had no problems with the electrical components.

I love that the headrest adjusts as a secondary motion with a push of a button for easier viewing pleasure. This recliner is a perfect gaming chair as it also has a USB charger in the console. This recliner comfortably supports my six foot frame.

LED lights a fun conversation piece! The storage holders are hard to open when seated, but I knew to expect that from previous reviews. Still a 5 star chair. And it's very attractive.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bolt missing out of the mechanical part of chair When I bought the chair it was during Covid it didn’t give me an option for people to come and assemble the chair. The assembly was not a problem with the first time I bought. However when they delivered the secondone yesterday there’s a bolt missing out of the mechanical system that allows The foot rest to Raise There is a bolt missing it’s a manufacturers fault because we don’t put together the motor or the inside of the chair. The only thing we had to do was hook up the cord and plug it in. When I called corporate they said that I opted out of them assembling however when I bought it they weren’t allowed in your house or to come in and assemble it because of Covid so they just drop it at your door. There was not a bolt anywhere in anything I looked in all the packaging it’s just literally missing and was never put in at the manufacturer during the building. However I did talk to corporate and they are sending someone out at no charge on Monday to fix it. I do appreciate it.

It’s a lot smaller than i expected and that was a good thing for us but my 6’4” 270lbs fits in it nicely. Both arms have storage and all the electrical options are nice, the charger is fast and we use it a lot. Happy with this chair

So, with the controls on the top arm rest - it;s the best . I liked it so much that I bought one for my MN home and then for my AZ home this winter. Best chair ever!

I can always find a comfortable position to accommodate what I'm doing (i.e. Reading, watching TV, doing crossword puzzles, or just relaxing). No back aches or leg discomfort. I recommend this chair should be looked at if you're in the market for a new recliner.

Also it was comfortable for 1st 5-6 days, but with the back problems that I have, the lumbar area protrudes too far. I have to sleep in my chair, and after first week I am now waking up in pain. I think I may have to try an exchange.
