Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Base But Don't Need All the Extras [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sales person talked me into getting the Ergo because with some special that I qualified for it was almost the same price as the lower model base. Also, there was one feature with the Ergo that I was interested in (forgot which one it was). I was not interested in the sleep data/sensor stuff and have used it minimally. If I continue to not use all the features I will disable the wifi. The base though is nice and has improved my sleep. The reason why I give this 3 stars instead of 5 because of the wifi and the stupid light on the base.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero Star Company! We purchased the split base, the mattresses do not stay on the bed. Absolutely horrible. Also very uncomfortable mattress. Called during the refund period to return and they just keep saying they will pick it up. They sent us an email that they would refund everything except the shipping but now we can't get them to pick it up. They are now saying they will refund the mattresses only. But the split base is an absolute nuisance. I will be surprised if they ever show up. A month ago the email said they would call us but so far no return date. I am so beyond frustrated with this company!

She loves the zero gravity & various massage settings. Lumbar support is also very comfortable for her! It's easy for her to adjust throughout the night & sleep tracker on her phone is also a major plus. Would highly recommend for those who have trouble sleeping and/or painful to lay on a flat mattress! I plan to get one for myself next time I need a new mattress & frame.

I read the reviews about great customer service and don't know where that came from. I literally called 5 times and could not get a single person live online. The bed is fine, but was pricey and to spend that much for a bed and not be able to speak with anyone live a disgrace. If you're going to by this bed don't do it directly with them. Buy from someone who you can speak with live.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game Changer I wish I had purchased this a long time ago. I love to watch tv in the tv position and the zero gravity position takes all the days stress away. I am so impressed with the snore feature. It stops my husband from snoring quickly and he can't even feel it raise his head. I am a much lighter sleeper than he is so it did wake me up but I turned my side to the gentle vibration for snoring and that works for me. I wish I had gone all in and gotten the base with all the bells and whistles now because I love all the features so much. The base was expensive but well worth it to me!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WOBBLY and WORST SLEEP OF MY LIFE RUN! Do not buy this bed unless you are a very deep sleeper. My first base arrived with a cut cord and it was so wobbly i could feel every slight movement of my husband. They assured me that they are not wobbly and I needed to wait for the new one to arrive, that the shakiness was part of the problem. Well it took a MONTH to receive my new one and its just as wobbly as the first one and... no returns! So disappointed. This was a real investment only to be sleeping worse than I was before. Any slight movement shakes the whole bed. This base is a cheap joke... do not BUY!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Over-Hyped This adjustable base is cool in theory, but for the price we didn't feel it was worth it. The advertising of the anti-snore auto rise definitely is used to get people who sleep with a snorer to emotionally purchase. At least it did to me. You can turn the setting off, which we ended up doing because it didn't help my husband, rather, when it would auto raise during the night it would wake us up because it was so loud. The app has some cool insights but my fitness tracking ring gives me the same stats so I overall don't feel like I'm missing out by sending this back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've enjoyed the zero gravity setting immensely for a comfortable reading position. Having the option to elevate slightly more than that if I wish is a plus. The relief from lower back and neck pain by the various adjustments allowed for support was a huge draw for me and my husband. This is a great product and it fit comfortably within our Thuma bed frame with the highest length for leg attachments installed to sit just above the slat stops. We look forward to enjoying the Tempur-Ergo Smart Base for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ability for us to change our bed positions has changed our night's sleep for the better. I snore less and she has not been waking me up or tugging on my pillow trying to get me to stop snoring. My wife no longer has to worry about her restless legs moving and shaking all night long. Having the ability to adjust the bed position has improved our relationship and our night's sleep.

The sleep metrics aren't really accurate on my sleep quality. The installer wasn't helpful and I had to call support to get app to link. I'm not overly impressed with the mattress or the technology. I'm thinking to send it back as it's way over priced for the quality.

It is easy to set up, which is a plus. I really love the Sleep Tracker feature and the insights are super helpful in understanding how well I slept and ways I can improve it. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought the Sleep Tracker feature would have been very helpful, but it is. Overall I am very happy I choose Tempur-Pedic for my base, after doing a lot of research. I have had it for about 1 month and look forward to the many more.

What a mistake that would have been. Well worth the money. Zero gravity mode is a life changer. Sleep tracker app is really helpful, it tells me when I should go to bed and gives me a detailed summary of my nights sleep hour by hour with easy to read line graphs and pie charts. It even tells me when I was snoring. Massage is nice but wish I got the higher model with the wind down feature now.

I am a medically retired disabled veteran, with back and shoulder injuries. Took little while to find the right adjustment for me. I do wish there was a numerical reference to your settings. But it's not terrible. My wife is 5 months pregnant now and also loves the flexibility when she's uncomfortable she can just change the position of the bed. The night light feature and the massager are a must.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sleeptracker and cell remotes have problems The Ergo Smart base is a wonderful product if you can get the app features to work properly (which we haven't been able to do yet). The Sleeptracker reports correspond to the wrong sides of the bed and cell phone "remotes" both work on the same side of the bed (hand held remotes that came with the bases work fine). Contacted customer service shortly after getting the bases and was given some detailed things to try. Turns out, not all worked and I am planning to call them again after we come back from some trips. Customer service can be tough to get through to but are very helpful once you do. In my case, not every change worked after talking with them, but this happens with a new, somewhat complex product. When I get the issues taken care of, I will change my rating to five stars.

I remember the feeling for months and one day I thought : we spend 40% of our life in bed . Why do I need to sleep in mediocre mattress? I visited tempur store in coral gable Florida and I chose my favorite one. I can tell one thing : it was the best decision on my life !!! Also I snore so the technology of this bed keep pushing high the bed when sleeping and my wife is super happy !!! Thank you

Tempur pedic support is hard to contact and although warranty is valid. You will still need to pay $190.00 for them to deliver and pick up your faulty product Not worth the money

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great base, although it's the wrong one The base is great; however, it's the wrong one. I wanted the split base, which I believed was the only type of base Tempur-pedic sold. I realized my mistake, asked to exchange the base, and was told that all sales are final. I'm shocked that a product that is this expensive has that kind of policy and because of this policy, I would never buy another bed from Tempur-pedic. So, the base works great, but it's not the one I want, and Tempur-pedic's unwillingness to exchange it ruined my experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product Right out of the box, the quality was apparent as there was no glitch and everything worked as promised. The internet connectivity, the additional battery options when source of electricity is down, all the manuals that explained things so well - all matter. Plus, when I had questions a live representative was available promptly and was able to explain anything and everything I needed to be an effective owner. I am over the middle-age point in life and back and hip pain from past athletics now are a part of life. Rather than visits to chiropractors, etc, I wake up refreshed and pain-free from a bed that is truly a work of art. I can track my sleeping habits as proof of a good night! I don't have to wake up to shake off the pain of lying on pressure points that look bruised in the morning. Our sales rep at Mancini Sleep in SF (Fidel) was able to explain the bed, and its impact over the years as opposed to the competitors. I felt the investment was solid -- I spent more than I intended on a mattress and frame -- but I got a lifetime of health in return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and brings so much versatility to the bed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have really enjoyed the features to be able to modify positions for sleeping, reading, "floating", and everything else. Make you want to spend a bit more time on the bed than on less comfy furniture! The sleep analysis features have been a perk. And the lights and chargers add to the usefulness. We'd love if the snore detector was a bit more customizable to accommodate partner sleeping and probably works better with a split-version bed.

Being able to tilt the bed has allowed me to stay in bed all night, rather than needing to transition to the recliner when my reflux acts up! I'm so thankful for the ability to raise both my upper body and my legs. I am able to get comfortable to sleep through the night. We are so thankful we decided to invest in this item! It truly is an excellent product!

I like having so many options for getting comfortable or taking pressure off my back when needed. My husband loves it, as well. We have a split king, so we each can personalize it to our maximum comfort level. My favorites are the TV mode and zero gravity mode which relieves pressure on my joints and puts me to sleep every time. My husband likes that he can create his own presets. I highly recommend it! It made such a difference for me that my sister bought one on my recommendation because she has also been having sleep issues. The smart base came with white glove delivery and free haul away of our old mattress, which saved my husband's back. Just invest in good sleep; you won't be sorry!

The dual massage/vibration feature is outstanding, it helps relax my muscles after a long day. There are multiple settings that I'm still figuring out. My other favorite use is the under-bed lighting, which is just the right brightness as to not wake up everyone else. The zero gravity setting is my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really sure we needed it as we have been without a adjustable bed frame for the last 30 years. The features are nice. We enjoy the Zero G position to elevate our feet while turning on some of the massage settings. It has been almost 30 days and we are still trying to figure out what the best position is for us to get that deep sleep. We are side sleepers and still working on the amount of pillows and head position.
