First of all, the delivery service that brought this to me was wonderful, and took great care bringing it into the home and room. The bed itself is so very comfortable. I didn’t realize how bad our previous mattress was until I slept on this one. The first night, I fell asleep much quicker and didn’t wake up with the back pain that I was used to. Dare I say it keeps That alone says so much about the quality of this mattress. It has a slight cooling effect too. Also, my cat was obsessed with the bed and would not get off of it the first couple days. That was a nice bonus lol.

The hybrid design gives the best of both worlds — the top layers have that plush, contouring memory foam feel, but underneath there’s solid coil support that keeps it from feeling too soft or saggy. What I like most is the balance: it feels cushioned enough to relieve pressure on my shoulders and hips, but still firm enough that I don’t wake up with a sore back. The cooling fabric cover is another huge plus — it doesn’t trap heat like some memory foam beds, so I don’t wake up sweaty in the middle of the night. The mattress is also thicker than I expected (a nice, sturdy feel), and you can tell it’s built to last. Setup was simple — no weird odors, and it was ready to sleep on right away. If you like a medium-firm mattress with both comfort and support, this is a solid choice. It snuggles your body to whatever position you want to sleep in and you’re so comfortable you just drift off to sleep. My husband can be a restless sleeper, but I hardly felt him moving about on this mattress. The best part of this mattress is I felt so rested when I got up in the morning. I didn’t know a mattress could make such a difference.

I received the hybrid firm mattress and currently have a generic medium firm bed with half springs and half memory foam prior to this Sealy firm. The firmness of the bed is still semi squishy on the edges as you can see in the pictures. The middle of the bed is fairly harder. I’m 30 and I have lower back pain with some shoulder issues. I’ll be honest and say that the first night it took some adjusting to bc I am not used to a firm bed. My shoulder ached a bit and it was kinda hard to get comfortable. I’ve been using it for over a week now and I’m adjusted to the bed and it feels great. if needed, I could just get a soft mattress topper but I don’t need it. It feels great and I feel really supported.

The mattress is a little thicker than my previous one so I did have to buy new sheets with deep pockets but that’s not a big deal. My back is a little stiff after sleeping on my new mattress but I think that will improve after more of an adjustment period.

The first thing you feel is the coolness when you touch the top. And it stays throughout the night when you turn you go to another cool spot. And I love the combination of the memory foam with the very firm springs underneath. I would probably never buy this because of how expensive it is, but now that I’ve actually tried it out. I’m gonna try to save up money and get one for our other room. I feel like it is worth it. When we switched out the mattresses, I was laughing at our old flimsy mattress compared to this one.

Hopefully that is a sign that it will remain that way for quite some time. I am fully supported while lying on this bed, there is no dip or dent while resting. I am going through perimenopause so the cooling layer was what excited me the most and I must say I have felt cooler the previous two nights compared to my previous memory foam mattress. I am so excited to see how this holds up, so far it is exactly as advertised!
