Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brand new Beautyrest Black Series 2 I have slept on a Beautyrest for the last 10 years and loved it. I just got the Beautyrest Black series 2 to replace that one and I am so excited to sleep on it. The mattress itself is very luxurious and high quality. I have not slept on it yet, but laying on it in the store and when they delivered it, I know this mattress is perfect. It is firm and yet soft and I am looking forward to testing the cooling technology in this mattress.

Well then we got this opportunity to try out this mattress and let me say we fell in love!! You don’t get too hot at night with this mattress. It has the perfect support added to it. We will definitely be loving this mattress for years to come and say it is worth it!

I like that it is firm and offers good support while sleeping, you don’t feel like you’re sinking in. Mattresses are so expensive these days but this is definitely worth the money! The only thing I noticed, is it’s a little taller than my old mattress but it doesn’t bother me.

After trying 3 beds from my local mattress store I finally gave up and went to Macys’s where I found this luxury Beauty Rest firm mattress. I have spinal fusions and chronic back pain and have had this bed 5 days and in absolute sleep heaven. I wake up with no back pain and can sleep comfortably on my back or side. This mattress is worth every penny if you want support and comfort.

Super comfortable and honestly got some of the best sleep of my life on this! Love its all black so it is not something the stains easy! Got new sheets for it and honestly just in time for our new place! Definitely recommend trying this bed out if you are in the market for a new mattress!

My previous mattress was a hybrid Beautyrest and after 10 years (had a 25 year warranty) it failed and was bulging on the side. Beautyrest warranty department was EXCELLENT to work with and gave me full credit for the old mattress toward the new one. Start to finish, I had a comfortable new bed within 3 weeks!

There's no word is enough to express how satisfied I am after I got this mattress. We got the Beautyrest black series 1 medium firm & it's taking a little time getting adjusted to it after sleeping on a 30 year old beautyrest with a 3" memory foam on top of it. We are looking forward to many years of restful on our new purchase. 😀 😴

The second my husband laid down on the Beautyrest Black series - medium, he knew that was the one and he’s NEVER been able to say that with certainty in seconds of trying out a mattress. Tory was fantastic and got us taken care of quickly and efficiently! So excited for the best night of sleep to commence!

It felt very firm to me. First night I slightly elevated my head and knees with adjustable base and slept very well. No hip aches or shoulder pain. Very happy so far with this BeautyRest Black Series One!

The one we tried at Mattress Firm was much softer. However we were told we need to “break it in”. Time will tell. However we didn’t wake up with a sore back or sore shoulders like our Purple 3 mattress. So far so good.

I have layed on Hastens and Hypnos mattresses and this is nothing short of the same quality and comfortability. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever layed on and don’t doubt I will have it for the next 15 years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Series 3 Firm After our previous Beautyrest mattress failed, we got the black in series 3, firm. My husband and I bought it about 3-4 months ago. Long story short, it failed. There are two dents in the bed from us. Had the inspector come today and confirm the mattress had failed. It also is advertised as "firm", but is a "medium". Even as a medium, there should not be two big dents in the bed now. Beautyrest quality has drastically declined, and the beds are mostly stuffed with soft garbage, it seems. We are done with this brand. This is sad, because it once was a coveted mattress brand. Now they just produce trash that fails. We will be going to a private and local mattress company. Will be getting a simple, no frills mattress. Zero padding and definitely no pillow top. A firm, old-fashioned mattress is the best. I thought this bed would be it, but I should have known it had too much padding. I would definitely consider an old Beautyrest model, if still sold as new. Note: we are average weight people, and the bed looks like two cows slept in it. He is 6+ft/200, I am 5'4/125.
