[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I purchased our first Tempur-Pedic mattress about 8 months ago and we love it! While the price was a bit more than we really wanted to spend, we decided to "splurge" in hopes that this mattress ends up lasting us at least twice as long as other mattress. So far, we have been very pleased. I was at first worried that the tempur-pedic foam would be hot, but I have never woken up feeling hot or sweaty. My husband also agrees that he has not felt hot either. Everytime we leave for vacation or sleep other than our home, we cannot wait to get back to our Tempur-Pedic bed! We highly recommend the purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mattress For 11 Years my wife and I and recently our small child have slept on a Twin XL Tempurpedic Rapsody and changed to King. March 2019 we purchased the King Size Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze from Gallery Furniture in Houston, it is brand new and not listed on Tempu-Pedic website yet so I selected the Tempur-Luxe. Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze is much better than Rapsody because of the cooling feature and firmness, instead of buying a new motorized box set, we still use the one from before and simply lift left and right side of mattress to make the bed even when we want to watch TV. It is the best mattress and great for two people that had back surgery and issues with our backs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New bed every night We chose the proadapt soft king Two extra long twins and the the power base . Husband likes his but mine was not soft enough for me . I in turn switched to the luxe adapt soft as it has a thicker layer of the softer layer and it is also about two inches higher than his side ,but that doesn't bother me . it doesn't feel like I'm on a cloud like I was hoping . It is a different feel than a regular mattress . I like it most of the night but upon waking it feels a little firm still for me . With the power base you have a new bed every night witch is really nice All in all I do like it but not sure it's worth the high price

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the bed so far. This has been a great bed so far. I used to have some hip and shoulder pain and that has gone away after sleeping on this bed. Getting rid of the pain is exactly what I had hoped for. It does sleep a little warmer than my old bed, but that hasn't been an issue at this point. It wasn't too warm when the weather was warmer and now that it is getting colder, I don't mind a little extra warmth. It will be interesting to see how it is in the heat of the summer next year. The bed is nice and soft, which is what I was looking for. It took me a couple of weeks to adjust to it, but it has definitely improved my sleep quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sleep Our old mattress was 17 years old. My heels would hurt if I laid on my back because I have heel spurs. My hips would hurt if I laid on either side for very long, so I was constantly waking up in pain. I was having to change position in the bed when I would wake up in pain from side to side to back. I would wake up tired and in pain! My husband has back pain. He could not find any position on our bed to be comfortable. Since we have gotten our new TEMPURE-LuxeAdapt Soft mattress, we have both been sleeping better. I still have some pain, but nothing like it was before we got our new mattress. We love our new mattress!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok so it is only two weeks but.. So far this has not been a purchase I'd repeat. The first few nights were unbearably hot. We changed over to cotton sheets and that helped a little. Keep in mind my house is usually around 65 degrees at night. I can't really tell if it is outgassing or allergies, but my eyes are beat red in the morning and my neck has been sore. My wife is worse being up for hours every night. I talked to Temperpedic customer service today and they told me to lean the mattress next to an open window. Their other option was to spend even more for a breeze model. After spending close to $5k already another brand is likely in my future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having slept on the Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Firm mattress for a while now, I can confidently say it's been a game changer for my sleep quality. The firmness provides excellent support for my back, and the "TEMPUR" material molds to my body, alleviating any pressure points. It took a few nights to adjust to the firmness, but once I did, I woke up feeling more refreshed and without any aches or pains. However, if you prefer a softer feel, this might not be the best option for you. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for anyone prioritizing quality sleep and back support. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Improvement Over Prior Mattress Before purchasing the Luxe Adapt Soft I had the basic Adapt Medium Hybrid. The new mattress is much better for my neck and back. I have had it for a month now and it is taking some time to get used to it because I have always had a firm all my life, which does provide better back support. Due to my age (77), and my being a side sleeper, the sales personnel recommended the soft.

It retains a tremendous amount of heat under where we are laying. Wish we had paid the difference for the LuxeBreeze. The warranty on this product is great, though I don't feel the products quite live up to their extremely high price tag

I also purchased the ERGO Extend Smart Base - adjustable bed base - which is also awesome! I've read where allergists, ENTs, etc. recommended an 'adjustable' base for allergies - and LOVE my adjustable base as it has helped my allergies from not sleeping flat or with more than one (1) pillow! Finally I purchased two (2) Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling pillows and these, too, are awesome! No BACK or NECK PAIN from using more than one (1) pillow. The mattress, adjustable bed base and pillows have been GREAT! Improved my sleeping SUBSTANTIALLY! Should have purchased sooner at my brother's advice!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Went from firm to soft This bed was hard when it arrived. Almost too hard & I worried I would not be comfortable, however I slept great for the first few nights. Didn't wake up in the middle of the night (which happened often on my previous bed). So, I absolutely loved the bed, it wasn't too firm after all........less than a month into it & I had to ask for help to move it around as my side was way too soft all of a sudden. I'm sorry, but for the price this costs, it should STAY firm! I am saddened to have to return this bed. I know they have a very nice reputation, and at least I was able to return it - though with a $150 charge. Ugh. Now I need to hunt for a bed again, and I am out $150. Sigh.

We got a new mattress after getting a great deal on this mattress, and I would say after two weeks, I notice a huge difference in how well I have slept. My back feels much better, and seems like a sleep like a rock. You melt into the mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst mattress ever!! I've now had my mattress 7 months and it is NOTHING like it was at the store. When I tested the mattress at the store it was like sleeping on a cloud. I fell in love. My mattress is somewhat firm and now has a dip in the middle. Super uncomfortable and I wake up stiff and sore every morning and get the worst sleep. I do not recommend this mattress.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from For 5K, I expected more have had the product for 5 months now. Delayed writing a review to get a good break in period. I am a big guy and side sleeper and bought this especially for my sleep style. It does not cradle well in hips and shoulders so I toss because of the presure causing a sore back when I wake up. It is the soft model btw. furthermore, I am not sure if my king matress is actually a king! It seemed small and I mesured it a few times and the width seems off by a few inches. I know they say individual matress sizes may vary, but we are talking about three or four inches, to the point where i feel they may have deliveredthe wrong size!. I am overall letdown by this bed for the price. I have had a better sleep on way cheaper mattresses.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from UNCOMFORTABLE this mattress holds heat, I don't recommend it We purchased a Tempur Luxe-Adapt mattress 30 days ago. It has poor circulation so it stores your body heat. The materials/memory foam gets very warm while sleeping causing it to sleep hot which is very uncomfortable. We awake out our sleep uncomfortably warm. Our sleep is disrupted throughout the night/morning. We are unhappy with the Luxe-Adapt due to the mattress poor quality of circulation causing constant sleep disruption. I do not recommend this product. Mattress not worth it. I want to return it but Tempur-Pedic is not upholding it's product guarantee.

However, we were assured it would only take around 30 days before we would feel a noticable difference, and faster if we walked on the mattress to break it in. Well, I've put in what feels like miles on this mattress and we're closing in on 30 days, and this mattress is still hard as a rock. If we don't feel improvement soon, it's going back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Purchase Immediately! If I could give this mattress 10 stars I would! My husband and I slept one night on our LuxeAdapt mattress and it was the BEST night sleep we ever got. I also suffer from back pain and this mattress made my pain go away. I did some research and found out that the TEMPUR material is infinitely adaptable, responds to your body temperature, adapts to your weight and unique shape, giving you personalized support for undisturbed sleep. I honestly don't have anything negative to say! This is one of the best decisions my husband and I every made so if you are on the fence I highly recommend this brand and mattress!

Perhaps it's the stark difference to the one we used to have, which was over 20 years old, but I can't believe just how coddled the TempurPedic makes me feel. It has certainly had a positive impact on sleep. I have deeper sleep and (I'm told) even snore less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Luxury softness, excellent support, no pressure points! Zero pressure points! From the first night it was sleep perfection! We were concerned it would be too soft, but the supportive layers underneath are perfect. We are now getting the best sleep of our lives, at 135 lbs and 235 lbs, we both love it. Motion transfer is zero. Sleeps cooler than our old tempur mattress, and is even better with the vor-tec cooling mattress pad from Bedgear. You don't get stuck in bed either, you can move around and get in and out of bed easily. Thank you Tempurpedic for the innovation and improvements from your already amazing beds! My back thanks you! I wake up rested and refreshed. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Thanks also to Mor Furniture!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I loved it, it didnt love me I've always had great experiences with Tempurpedic but I will say this bed is for very specific people. I had a back injury a year and a half ago and I didn't feel the mattress I'd been using over the last year had enough support so I purchased this one. I have always loved very firm beds and assumed it would give the best support for my back. I was wrong. It was too firm and upon some research I found that this would be a good bed for someone much heavier than me with less joint problems. If you have any type of back, shoulder or hip issues this firm mattress is not for you. I loved the firmness but after just a week I woke up in pain every day. I'm switching to a medium hybrid.

You will sink and have to counterbalance to even stay upright lending to more back pain. My Daughters play mat that's on the floor feels more comfortable than the bed. The smell also took 7-10 days to dissipate with 3 fans blowing at it and 2 air filters

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted 3 years Do not buy from these criminals. They won't honor warranty. Called spoke with an escalation rep won't completely refused to let me talk to her supervisor. The quality of the product is good for a couple years AT BEST. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered in any company. My wife and I wake up every day with neck and back pain because the rigidity is equivalent to a hammock. A 5,000 hammock. At the end of the day Temper Pedic WILL NOT honor 10 year warranty.

Just hoping the firmness with ease up since the firm model can be on the harder side.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will cause back damage Bought a Luxe-adapt king mattress in June at an authorized Tempurpedic dealer. I informed the salesperson of my health issues and he suggested that the Luxe-adapt soft would be my best choice. After two months of use, my back became so bad I could barely crawl out of bed. I called Tempurpedic and spoke with a "Sleep Expert" and was told that I never should have bought the soft mattress and I need to return it for a "firm". It's now been a month with the firm mattress and my back has gotten worse. I moved into my guest bedroom with a standard mattress and have no issues with pain. I called the head of customer support and was told that they wouldn't do a thing for me. I was told to have my lawyer contact their legal Department and then he hung up on me. This is a very bad product from an even worse Company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable but disappointed We were very excited about the cooling that the luxe adapt had when we tried it In The store but when we got it delivered and put the mattress protector on we couldn't feel any cooling whatsoever so we took the protector off and just slept with the fitted sheet over the mattress but still could not feel the cooling affect. Very very disappointed that we spent so much on this mattress that touted cooling and we don't get that at all. My fitness watch tracks my body temperature at night and there has been no difference with the luxe adapt which is supposed to allow you to sleep 5 degrees cooler. So while the bed is comfortable I would no way spend the amount of money we did when there are plenty of good memory foam beds out there for less.
