Rated 1 out of 5 by from 0 Stars Absolutely do NOT trust the models in the store - They do not keep up with switching them so the firmness is VERY misleading. We purchased a firm expecting it to be a little more firm than what was in the store. What we got - let's just say our wood floor is more comfortable. This bed is absolutely awful and I wake up in pain every single morning. There is no conforming to your body, no cooling (and we even purchased a cooling liner), and my body is going tingly and numb from essentially sleeping on a table. BUYER BEWARE! We now have to wait 60 days to return this god-awful mattress and will be sleeping on the floor instead.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Medium mattress extremely firm with strong smell Received this mattress after testing it in the store and found it to be a completely different mattress than what I laid on in the store. It is extremely firm even after a month of use. A little bit softer after a month. I've been told that it's supposed to break in, but I'm nervous about that. Also, the smell is extremely offputting and strong. It has faded, but is still there a little bit even after a month. My husband hates the mattress. I don't understand why it feels so different from store tester. At this point it seems like it will take a year to break in. We owned the temper cloud breeze before, and it had a nicer feel. They don't make that one anymore though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not getting what you pay for I decided to buy the most expensive mattresses on the market because I wanted to sleep well. I tend to run hot, so I opted for the cooling mattress. It's the opposite. I get so hot that I have to change positions where the bed heats up almost every hour at night. I'm so disappointed and sad because now I am stuck with this expensive mattress. We bought it in 2019 and I thought things might get better....but no. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting this mattress.

To quickly summarize, I Love it! It is the perfect firmness, is cool to the touch and is like sleeping on a cloud. I no longer wake up sweating in the middle of the night. I don't feel my husband move during the night at all with this mattress. The only negative thing I have to say is that it did have an odd smell for the first week or so but that has gone away. If you are on the fence, buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best night Sleep in years! My wife and I decided to Purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress due to my back and neck issues. I noticed a huge difference after one night. I awakened with minimal back and or joint pain. I felt like it molded to my body! I like a firm mattress that will help keep my vertebra properly aligned. Like the old saying " why didn't I purchase this Mattress years ago. The thing I most like about the mattress so far is when you roll or turn I didn't feel like I was rolling out of a hole. My wife stated she did not feel me moving... Yay!! Win-Win. I'll check back and give an additional review after a few months

The combination of the cooling feature and firmness of the mattress makes it so good. My husband and I are both sleeping through the night on it without waking up, which is a huge win for these 2 middle-aged people. The one complaint is the chemical smell of the mattress...it is really strong. I hope the odor dissipates soon. We have slept on the mattress for a week now.

When you sit on the corner of the bed it seems very soft but once you lay down is soft while also being very firm. For the first couple of nights truthfully it was difficult to sleep on, I believe my body was not used to it. Now I vant wait to lay down and sleep, it's soo comfortable and cool. I'm a hot sleeper, I need AC, ceiling fan and small counter fan to keep me cool at night, this mattress has helped me sleep so comfortably at night. I will recommend this mattress to everyone and anyone.

As a bigger guy, even mattresses that sell themselves as firm often fall short. I had found the best option for me years ago in a TempurPedic and have loved it for 12 years. Recently, I moved and decided to get a larger bed. When I first bought a TempurPedic, they didn't have as many options. When I tried the firm LuxeBreeze, I knew I had found my forever mattress! I still loved my older product, but the new cooling options, and the new firm option were both MAJOR upgrades for me!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the worst mattress I've ever owned This mattress is supposed to be plush / soft it is NOT it's supposed to keep you cooler it does NOT. I've owned a lot of Tempur-Pedic mattresses and this mattress is the worst I payed too much for this mattress to only wind up using a Tempur-Pedic mattress that is over 10 years old. While I'm making payments on a mattress that is not even 6 months old. I'm very disappointed and hope Tempur-Pedic will do something about this mattress. I have back problems and it has not helped when I'm sleeping Hot and uncomfortable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Couldn't sleep We tried to like it for almost 2 months, but my husband and I were both waking up sore and sleep deprived. I thought I would like the memory foam, but even with a medium, I felt like I was floating on top of this mattress and hated that feeling. I never felt like I was snuggled into bed, and my husband is a combo sleeper and every time he would turn it would feel weird until it readjusted. We initiated a return almost 3 weeks ago, and are still waiting for them to pick up and refund, which is ridiculous as now I had to buy another mattress and have paid for both until they come pick up.

Let me tell you it was really disappointing it's really farm even though I purchased a medium highbred it's much more warmer than your typical standard bed on the sales folks even at the store they keep indicating I need to sleep on it for at least 60 to 90 days before it breaks in which at that point you're stuck with the bed so I decided to return it and the return process was a little bit of maze unfortunately, this was not a good purchase

The out come has been nothing but the best night rest ever! The bed is cool to touch on warm nights. If you love a cool bed than this I'd for you. It's built to last and made out of some of the best materials there is. I wouldn't say it's soft it is more of a medium between hard and medium hard. The mattress is very heavy takes more than two people to man handle it. Over all if you looking for a good night rest, staying cool, and overall good sleep than this is for you!!

While aging, I became a hot sleeper so I sweat often at night during recent years. The exclusive cooling materials of the mattress create an all-night cooling experience and help with my sweating a lot. The cooling and soothing sensation is really impressive and it is definitely a game changer. This is the most comfort mattress with the perfect thickness and softness I would expect. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cool to the touch only We bought this mattress after testing it out in stores and thought it would be our forever mattress since we're hot sleepers and everyone always recommended Tempur-pedics. What we didn't know is that this mattress is only cool to the touch, meaning when you first get in bed it's cool but your body heat will warm up the bed. There's nowhere for the heat to go, so after 15 min the 'cooling' feature is gone and you're stuck sleeping in a warm/hot bed. The only option is to move to another part of the bed to get the cool feel again but you're basically moving around all night or sleeping in a hot bed. Unfortunately we got this bed as a 'all sales final' deal so we can't return it and are now stuck with a hot bed.

Would be curious to know if the soft version would have been a better fit. I thought the mattress would soften up but it hasn't as of yet. I've had it for days now. For reference, I'm 6'2" and weigh 230 lbs with a large frame. My shoulders start to hurt after awhile of sleeping on the mattress. I don't sleep hot in this mattress. I do have an extra thick mattress protector on it which helps.

We then got a barely used Tempur Luxe which was cooler but too firm. This is starting to sound like Goldie (Luxe) and the Three Bears. Our recent purchase is the best, unimproveable!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The most uncomfortable mattress I have ever owned We tried this mattress in our local mattress store. It felt comfortable and soft with firm support. After paying so much for the mattress and base we have been extremely uncomfortable. My husband has started to sleep in our guest room cheap mattress for more comfort. The bed causes so many aches and pains it is HARD even after a year of use. It has made our back issues worse and we will never trust another Tempur-pedic product. We have found so many others who have shared this same experience. If you have any back pain or are a side sleeper avoid this mattress at all costs. We are on the verge of throwing the mattress out as they have no resale value and we can't sleep on it any longer. So upset about this purchase.

I still sweat at night and the mattress is way too soft. The soft felt great on the showroom floor but I wake up daily with back aches. I brought the base as well and that doesn't seem to help. I will be returning for a different Tempur-Pedic product. I was just informed my next one will be final sale so fingers crossed I pick right one!

We previously had a pro adapt mattress which we loved which was 15 years old with sink in issues. Hot sleepers so we selected this. Nothing like the pro adapt and getting help from Tempur-Pedic has been a challenge. We have been in constant communication for over a month to replace it takes them a week to respond or call back which is ridiculous. The worst support ever for such an expensive purchase. No care in anything I have dealt with and unfortunately still no swap out no email for the swap out nothing 2 months after the process started. We will definitely find another mattress after this terrible experience.

And I used to have a different tempurpedic mattress! Super comfortable. Doesn't move when your partner moves. Has a removable, washable topper that just zips on and off, which is super convenient. I love this mattress so much, I even purchased the firm neck pillows! It's incredible. (Must buy deep pocket sheets, preferably with a strap or band under the mattress because the sheets do tend to pop off the corners.) Would definitely purchase again.

As someone who loves a cold pillow or a chilled blanket, this mattress is just amazing. There's something about a little chill before getting warm that just makes it extra cozy, and this mattress delivers on that extremely well. The softness is great for allowing my body to mold into the mattress without feeling like I'm sinking in or that the mattress is being misshaped. I've slept for short periods of time (2-3 hours) and wake up like I've slept until the next day! The words here do not do it justice if you don't experience it for yourself. It's made my sleep quality increase significantly and I would be more than happy to recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply AMAZING!! I wish I could actually own one. My wife has a horrible autoimmune condition which we are still currently assessing and haven't reached a conclusion. Per other reviews, I would imagine how comfortable it would make my wife. She can't sleep at night from all the pain and the steroids she's on create so many painful issues she has to go though. On a good note when she's in the hospital bed she can sleep as the beds are adjustable and somewhat comfortable. As we both laid in the bed today at Renown Regional Hospital, we seen a TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze commercial and I had to search for it. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to purchase one yet but one day I hope to own such an amazing model as the TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid. Got to hope :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from LuxeBreeze Hybrid - Very Comfortable So Far After previously sleeping on the original Tempurpedic hybrid mattress for about 8 years, we upgraded to the LuxeBreeze hybrid. The original hybrid was very comfortable but retained heat. The new LuxeBreeze is even more comfortable and does not retain as much heat as the original hybrid did. I'm not sure it actually is 10 degrees cooler as advertised, but it's definitely noticeable. I think we expected a bit more cooling based on what the marketing materials and salespeople told us as well as the very high price, thus the 4 star rating. In any case, we're sleeping better and not waking up as much. Be warned that it is a VERY heavy mattress (we have the King) and we had to help the 2 delivery men bring it up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

After three months not on a tempurpedic, we were not sleeping well and would wake up with pains in the lower back and hips. We decided to send it back and immediately got online and purchased our new tempur-luxe breeze. As times had changed in 15 years the model of our old tempurpedic no longer existed. We received the tempur- luxe breeze and that night when we laid down on it, we knew it was the same as our first mattress when it was new. We've had it for a couple of months now and the pain is gone and we are sleeping better than ever. I couldn't be happier with the new mattress.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Firm--Not soft We have not been able to sleep. We have been in pain. This is a very firm bed compared to the Cloud Breeze. Worse than that, we have not been able to get information about trading this in. I was told it would take 2-3 days for someone to get back to me the first time I called. I called a day later only to be told we needed to let the bed create a crevice. If it creates a permanent crevice then it will not be the bed I want first off. Secondly, no one should be told to get used to pain. I called again 2 days later to be told it would take a few more days. If you want a soft bed, do not get this one. I love this company but this bed hurts and I have been in a car accident due to lack of sleep. The customer service sucks. Don't get this bed.

The feel of the mattress vs the one I tried out in store are different. The mattress still feels very firm and not as cool as I thought it would be. So I still as trying to give it time to see if breaks in so to speak . Right now I still toss and turn trying to get comfortable. I was hoping that it would be more conforming and cause me less pain.

WAY TOO WARM My partner and I purchased this mattress one year ago and I've realized it's the source of a lot of my pains and aches, as I sleep much better in hotels or as a guest at another's home. I find the bed itself to be very comfortable and like the firmness, but it sleeps SO WARM that I wake up every night uncomfortably warm despite the bedroom being 62-65 degrees. I've spent hundreds on top-rated cooling covers, sheets, and pajamas, but it doesn't make a difference. Because it sleeps so warm, the memory foam also contours too much to my body's heat and I wake up out of alignment and feeling aches and pains in my knees and neck/shoulders. It's a shame because this bed is an expensive purchase with a very short trial period, but it doesn't work for us. After just one year, I will have to purchase another bed. If you run hot or sleep warm at all, I would not recommend a tempurpedic.

Honestly, my only complaint is the delivery team should have gave us an option to take a picture of serial numbers before set-up, as getting to this information is not easy once the bed is set-up. We held out buying a new bed for years and were sleeping on a sleep number bed that we were very unhappy with and finally made the decision, so glad we did! I look forward to bedtime now! It is great not waking up in a sweat too... I honestly cannot be happier with my purchase.
