I have chronic back pain and since purchasing this, I wake up feeling refreshed, with less pain than ever before. I can't say enough about it....everyone deserves the best and that would definitely be a Tempur Pedic mattress!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst mattress ever!! I've now had my mattress 7 months and it is NOTHING like it was at the store. When I tested the mattress at the store it was like sleeping on a cloud. I fell in love. My mattress is somewhat firm and now has a dip in the middle. Super uncomfortable and I wake up stiff and sore every morning and get the worst sleep. I do not recommend this mattress.

No more snoring, as the base automatically raises in the night. And the mattress is the core - cause we didn't want an air mattress.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Improvement Over Prior Mattress Before purchasing the Luxe Adapt Soft I had the basic Adapt Medium Hybrid. The new mattress is much better for my neck and back. I have had it for a month now and it is taking some time to get used to it because I have always had a firm all my life, which does provide better back support. Due to my age (77), and my being a side sleeper, the sales personnel recommended the soft.

Perhaps it's the stark difference to the one we used to have, which was over 20 years old, but I can't believe just how coddled the TempurPedic makes me feel. It has certainly had a positive impact on sleep. I have deeper sleep and (I'm told) even snore less.

It retains a tremendous amount of heat under where we are laying. Wish we had paid the difference for the LuxeBreeze. The warranty on this product is great, though I don't feel the products quite live up to their extremely high price tag

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Painful I had this mattress for 80 days and it was so painful. I would wake up with a sore back and hips each morning. I followed all the advice for breaking in this mattress and it made no difference. I am still doing physical therapy to try and undo the harm to my back and hips. The description says it is cooling but that is not true. I would wake up in the middle of the night because it was too hot. I also bought 2 expensive Tempur-Pedic pillows thinking this would help, but turned out to be a waste of money. They are very heavy and don't provide any cooling benefit. I found another mattress brand that is much more comfortable, provides the needed support for my back and hips and is cooling.

My wife had had neck and back pain with other mattresses for years. She finally gets relief from both with our new bed.

I swear you could feel the coils. We decided to go with a tempur-pedic. Pricey for sure, but my husband was having pain in his shoulders after surgery so we splurged. Our sales person Kay was amazing as she helped us find the right bed for us. A few weeks in and we sleep sound and wake up with no pressure point pain at all. Hips, shoulders, back and knees feel great!

However, we were assured it would only take around 30 days before we would feel a noticable difference, and faster if we walked on the mattress to break it in. Well, I've put in what feels like miles on this mattress and we're closing in on 30 days, and this mattress is still hard as a rock. If we don't feel improvement soon, it's going back.

I got this mattress recently and This mattress is super comfortable and I fall asleep quite quickly while using this mattress. You will sink and have to counterbalance to even stay upright lending to more back pain. My Daughters play mat that's on the floor feels more comfortable than the bed. The smell also took 7-10 days to dissipate with 3 fans blowing at it and 2 air filters

The quality of the product is good for a couple years AT BEST. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered in any company. My wife and I wake up every day with neck and back pain because the rigidity is equivalent to a hammock. A 5,000 hammock. At the end of the day Temper Pedic WILL NOT honor 10 year warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive Elephant marshmallow in the room-5K down the drain invested in the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt mattress, and my feelings have been a rollercoaster ending up giving up the mattress for free as the mattress was so uncomfortable. No buyers were willing to buy it for a fraction of the cost. 5K down the drain. When I first unboxed the LuxeAdapt, I was impressed by its luxurious feel. The memory foam seemed promising, and I eagerly anticipated nights of blissful sleep. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, things took a turn. The mattress isn't evenly firm. Some areas feel like sinking into a marshmallow, while others are oddly firm. It's like Goldilocks' nightmare-neither too soft nor too firm, but just... inconsistent. As for comfort, well, let's just say it's not the cloud-like experience I envisioned. My back occasionally protests, and I find myself tossing and turning more than I'd like. Here's where it gets frustrating. I reached out to my local dealer for assistance, and it felt like shouting into the void. Their support might as well be a mythical creature-I've yet to encounter it. If you're considering this mattress, don't rely on local dealer support. It's like expecting a unicorn to deliver your warranty paperwork. I end up buying a much cheaper mattress from other manufacturer and finally I am able to sleep again

It's about a year old and there's already such a dip in the hip area that I cannot get or stay comfortable. I work for a company that sells tempur-pedic Mattress, and yet I paid full price and the mattress is failing within a year. I'll be paying this if for years to come and I Absolutely hate it! It's overly hot, it's support system is so soft in the hip area I can literally feel it's collapsed under the comfort layers, but it's not showing a visible sag, so I guess I'm just out of luck. Never again. And I won't be recommending Tempur-Pedic to any of my customers moving forward.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Painful This mattress was very painful for me. I had the mattress for 10 weeks and each week my hips, back and neck got more and more painful. I would wake up sore every morning. I did everything suggested to try and break in the mattress. This mattress is firm, even though it says a medium firmness. I even bought 2 expensive tempur-pedic pillows thinking that might be the answer but that only made things worse. The pillows are so heavy and hot, even though they claim to be the best cooling. The mattress also was hot. I am now doing physical therapy to try and undo my spinal injuries from the mattress and ended up exchanging it for another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will cause back damage Bought a Luxe-adapt king mattress in June at an authorized Tempurpedic dealer. I informed the salesperson of my health issues and he suggested that the Luxe-adapt soft would be my best choice. After two months of use, my back became so bad I could barely crawl out of bed. I called Tempurpedic and spoke with a "Sleep Expert" and was told that I never should have bought the soft mattress and I need to return it for a "firm". It's now been a month with the firm mattress and my back has gotten worse. I moved into my guest bedroom with a standard mattress and have no issues with pain. I called the head of customer support and was told that they wouldn't do a thing for me. I was told to have my lawyer contact their legal Department and then he hung up on me. This is a very bad product from an even worse Company.

Since that time, it has almost formed indentions and dips in all the wrong places. I regret buying this. I filed a warranty claim, but they declined it saying the mattress indentions do not measure 3/4 of an inch or greater. It's a HORRIBLE mattress and was so expensive. I wake up stiff in some parts of my body. I had a previous tempurpedic that I loved, this one pales in comparison. One side is significantly higher than the other. If you roll across the bed, you can hardly roll up from one side to the other - definitely like a drop off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst mattress in my 74 years. This mattress was fine the first few months then it started getting softer and softer. After less than two years it is unusable. Getting off the mattress required rocking back and forth with my legs in the air until enough momentum was generated to get my legs over the side. Rolling from one side to the other while on the bed was a joke. I would have to make a slight roll to my stomach then push up and off the mattress with my arms to flip over. It was like sleeping in a trench. As soon as I switched back to my old mattress my si joint pain was gone. Absolutely horrible! The warranty process is a joke. All they want is pictures. Pictures won't show how soft the mattress is, you have to lay on it and feel it. There are many reviews that say the same thing. I should have checked more closely before purchasing the mattress. 4k for junk.

We slept 100% better on our old cheap mattress. I wake up between 4-5am every day bc I'm so uncomfortable. The company has been a nightmare to deal with. Buy this overpriced mattress at your own risk.
