My spouse stopped walking up with body aches and did not move around all night. I found myself sleeping being able to sleep better and longer. I stopped waking up with back aches. The SmartPro Base is outstanding and makes our sleep longer with zero gravity. My spouse loves the message option. Cons - Having the King Split keep splitting apart during the night. I am constantly putting them together. Where my spouse has found falling into the opening. Took about 2 weeks to get used to the bed. Is there a way to keep the two beds splitting I would give it 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trying to cancel the order The order cancelation window of two hours is not ethical when an order is placed at night on the west coast outside of chat of customer service hours. Also, being new to Tempur-Pedic as a customer I do not see log in entry- learned later (next day) that the path to the log in is through "service". Again, it is not very ethical to hide the log-in and then require a 2-hour order cancelation policy. Was on hold twice today and bumped out of the queue after 1 hour each time. Wish I could review the product and be a delighted customer, but after this experience I am not confident that Tempur-Pedic offers quality service. I ordered a queen bed for my daughter, and am canceling the larger bed system for myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Convince no one actually works at this company Received mattress, power base and accessories in a timely manner. The mattress was not our cup of tea. So we initiated a return. This is where the nightmare has begun. It took them almost 45 days to come pick up the return, and now I am going on 30 days with no refund. Emails go unanswered for weeks at a time. It is literally impossible to get any help from anyone that works here. I have not talked to one helpful employee. I do not know how on earth these people have such a high customer service score, it is the absolute worst I have ever seen.

Tried to return it but we were told it would get better over time. Can feel the base through the mattress. Have had it for 2 years now and we still wake up sore and don't sleep through the night. Don't waste your money.

However, my experience with the mattress has been marred by a frustrating and persistent issue of white dust shedding, which has left me quite dissatisfied. Upon first noticing the white dust on the mattress surface, I contacted Tempur-Pedic's warranty support. Their response was prompt, and they replaced the mattress with a brand-new one, attributing the issue to a potential manufacturing defect. While I appreciated their proactive approach, my excitement soon turned into disappointment as the new mattress started showing the same white dust problem after just a few weeks of use. The shedding white dust on the Tempur-Pedic Breeze® mattress is not only visually unappealing but also concerning from a hygiene perspective. I've attempted to clean it multiple times, but the dust keeps reappearing, making me question the overall quality and durability of the product. This issue has disrupted my sleep experience, leaving me feeling restless and unsatisfied despite the hefty investment in this supposedly high-end mattress. Furthermore, the customer service experience during this ordeal has been mixed. While the initial response from the warranty team was commendable, the recurrence of the problem has left me feeling somewhat neglected. Despite reaching out again, I did not receive any further solutions or explanations, leaving me to cope with the issue on my own. I must admit that when the Tempur-Pedic Breeze® mattress is not shedding white dust, it provides a comfortable sleeping experience, and the cooling technology does seem to work reasonably well. But after a few nights sleep on it, we knew this would be another great purchase with Tempur pedic. The mattress is firm but conforming. The cooling feature on this mattress really works. That is a huge plus for me. I can't express how much I love product except that I can't wait to go to sleep. A definite yes for recommended this product.

The old temperpedic mattresses were SO much better when the "box " under the thinner mattress was deeper. I do NOT recommend these mattresses. The medium we purchased to replace the older medium thinner mattress is very hard on your shoulders if you're a side sleeper. Buyer beware.

Ones you didn't even know you had. The first time we stayed at a hotel after getting our TP was an eye opener. Love this mattress and the pillows too.

The mattress is not responsive to my body, and I hurt every day in my lower back. This product is cumbersome and awkward to sleep on. I completely hate this product. I have tried to convince myself that the mattress just needed time to get used to, however, this adjustment period never resulted in comfortable SLEEP, just aggravation and pain in the morning. My wife has come to the same conclusion: this product is harmful because it does not live up to the HYPE!

In a temp controlled room the bed is exactly what was in store.. my biggest complaint is I wish we could have gotten or been able to purchase the pillows that are displayed with the bed. That pillow with the display is a one of a kind and I wish they sold it but other than that, we’ve had the best night of sleep in years

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most comfortable mattress I've ever had The price is high, but I think it's worth it. The probreeze does a good job of staying cool and it's very comfortable. I wish I had gone with a firm instead of medium though. Regardless, I'll be buying tempurpedic mattresses from now on. They completely won me over. The mattress has helped with my shoulder pain and improved my wife's hip pain. It's easily the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on and this is coming from someone that hates memory foam mattresses. Tempurpedic just does it right!

Sagged so much that had to start sleeping the middle or on the sides. Tried to go through the warranty process and they seemed to use all this fine print to deny the claim. They say they have a 10 year warranty, but good luck ever getting a claim approved. Probably not going to happen.

I have an adjustable base so I like to raise the head and feet slightly as it helps me sleep better. I purchased a King bed and I am heavier and bigger than my wife so I am concerned about compression issues, I am aware of the 3 month rotation requirement and I have done this with other mattress brands but unfortunately after 3 or so years I get an indentation on one side, I have reached out to other mattress companies regarding their warranty but they never seem to honor it! Time will tell with this mattress.

WHY is this not mentioned on the Tempur Pedic website or in the store? Lesson learned!! No more expensive Tempur Pedicure for me!
