My spouse stopped walking up with body aches and did not move around all night. I found myself sleeping being able to sleep better and longer. I stopped waking up with back aches. The SmartPro Base is outstanding and makes our sleep longer with zero gravity. My spouse loves the message option. Cons - Having the King Split keep splitting apart during the night. I am constantly putting them together. Where my spouse has found falling into the opening. Took about 2 weeks to get used to the bed. Is there a way to keep the two beds splitting I would give it 5 stars.

I am so excited to have found this mattress, because it hits every box of what I was looking for. My husband and I have had back and joint problems for as long as I can remember, and this has already helped to lessen the pain. I feel like my body molds to the mattress, but it doesn't feel like I'm sinking into it. It's very supportive but still soft. The quality is phenomenal, and I'm very pleased with how durable it feels. All of the seams are sewn well, and it's maintaining its shape with daily use. A huge feature is that it's cooling, and I don't wake up sweaty like I used to. Even when I'm just watching tv in bed I don't get as warm. It also has motion isolation so my husband and I don't feel when each other is moving or rolling over. This is a very high quality mattress, and it's shown by the quality of sleep it provides.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trying to cancel the order The order cancelation window of two hours is not ethical when an order is placed at night on the west coast outside of chat of customer service hours. Also, being new to Tempur-Pedic as a customer I do not see log in entry- learned later (next day) that the path to the log in is through "service". Again, it is not very ethical to hide the log-in and then require a 2-hour order cancelation policy. Was on hold twice today and bumped out of the queue after 1 hour each time. Wish I could review the product and be a delighted customer, but after this experience I am not confident that Tempur-Pedic offers quality service. I ordered a queen bed for my daughter, and am canceling the larger bed system for myself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Convince no one actually works at this company Received mattress, power base and accessories in a timely manner. The mattress was not our cup of tea. So we initiated a return. This is where the nightmare has begun. It took them almost 45 days to come pick up the return, and now I am going on 30 days with no refund. Emails go unanswered for weeks at a time. It is literally impossible to get any help from anyone that works here. I have not talked to one helpful employee. I do not know how on earth these people have such a high customer service score, it is the absolute worst I have ever seen.

Tried to return it but we were told it would get better over time. Can feel the base through the mattress. Have had it for 2 years now and we still wake up sore and don't sleep through the night. Don't waste your money.

However, my experience with the mattress has been marred by a frustrating and persistent issue of white dust shedding, which has left me quite dissatisfied. Upon first noticing the white dust on the mattress surface, I contacted Tempur-Pedic's warranty support. Their response was prompt, and they replaced the mattress with a brand-new one, attributing the issue to a potential manufacturing defect. While I appreciated their proactive approach, my excitement soon turned into disappointment as the new mattress started showing the same white dust problem after just a few weeks of use. The shedding white dust on the Tempur-Pedic Breeze® mattress is not only visually unappealing but also concerning from a hygiene perspective. I've attempted to clean it multiple times, but the dust keeps reappearing, making me question the overall quality and durability of the product. This issue has disrupted my sleep experience, leaving me feeling restless and unsatisfied despite the hefty investment in this supposedly high-end mattress. Furthermore, the customer service experience during this ordeal has been mixed. While the initial response from the warranty team was commendable, the recurrence of the problem has left me feeling somewhat neglected. Despite reaching out again, I did not receive any further solutions or explanations, leaving me to cope with the issue on my own. I must admit that when the Tempur-Pedic Breeze® mattress is not shedding white dust, it provides a comfortable sleeping experience, and the cooling technology does seem to work reasonably well. However, the recurring issue of the white dust overshadows these positives, and I cannot overlook the fact that I paid a premium for a product that fails to meet my expectations in terms of quality and durability. Despite a positive initial response from the warranty team, the problem resurfaced on the replacement mattress. But after a few nights sleep on it, we knew this would be another great purchase with Tempur pedic. The mattress is firm but conforming. The cooling feature on this mattress really works. That is a huge plus for me. I can't express how much I love product except that I can't wait to go to sleep. A definite yes for recommended this product.

The old temperpedic mattresses were SO much better when the "box " under the thinner mattress was deeper. I do NOT recommend these mattresses. The medium we purchased to replace the older medium thinner mattress is very hard on your shoulders if you're a side sleeper. Buyer beware.

Ones you didn't even know you had. The first time we stayed at a hotel after getting our TP was an eye opener. Love this mattress and the pillows too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mattress is horrible This is by far the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It does not provide support while side sleeping nor does it absorb pressure points. I thought it would get better after the break in period but it didn’t. My mattress is about 3 years old and it is also sagging some towards the middle but they won’t do anything about that unless it is 3/4 of an inch. I do naturally fall to the center of the bed because of the sag. I would look elsewhere because they don’t stand behind their own products. I even asked if they would send me a mattress topper, but they want me to pay for that.

I broke my spine in 4 places about 11 years ago and have tried 7-8+ mattresses over the years with none of them even coming close to how comfortable the Tempur-ProBreeze is. I can finally sleep in peace, wake up feeling refreshed and energetic. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone that experiences back pain, tossing and turning or not being able to get a restful sleep. Absolutely game-changing for me and my productivity has increased immensely. Don't buy budget mattresses or any of the mailed in a box items. Make the investment in your health and well-being with a superior mattress. Worth every penny. Thanks for the amazing sleep!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What my body needed I had been having the worst time trying to get a good night rest. I toss and turn and wake up literally every hour through the night. I’m hitting an age where sleep has become a priority but also hard to come by and I have been trying all types of remedies. I was unsure at first that my bed would make such an impact, but I’m so happy to report that my sleep has finally improved thanks to this mattress. It offers support to my body, that I didn’t think I needed and hugs my body and keeps it cool through the night, minimizing the amount of times my body wants to move and wake and I think it’ll only get better from here.

I could have used it for the next 10 years until my grandkids start sleeping between us. I did not even noticed that old Tempur Pedic has sagged on my side. Our new Tempur Pedic has just the right firmness and is not subject to the summer heat of Southern California.

Both of us had been having assorted difficulty sleeping - a GOOD night was 5-1/2 to 6 hours. Within the first few days we started sleeping at lease 7 hours a night. It was miraculous!

I thought there may be a break in period but it still feels the same. Also as far as cooling. I can’t tell the difference. It just feels like a normal temperature mattress.

I took the temperature today of my mattress. 94.4 degrees in the spot where I was sleeping. "Lo" temp reading in the open spots of the mattress. Do not buy this mattress if you don't want to be hot while sleeping!
