What does Allstate cover?
Your furniture is covered for accidental stains, common malfunctions and product failures from normal use. A one-time cleaning is included for items over $1,000.
Accidental stains From food, beverages, mud, ink & lipstick
Pet & people stains Excludes sweat, hair products, body oil, lotion & incontinence
Burns & heat marks From a hot mug, for example. Excludes cigarette burns
Rips, tears & punctures
Broken hinges, pulls, knobs & other hardware
Seam separation, broken zippers & buttons
Chips & dents
Chipped or broken glass
Mirrors that are chipped or have black spots (desilvering)
Surface finish that's cracked, warped, peeling or has bubbles
Damaged mechanical & electric parts
Structural damage from normal use
Household pet damage One incident per item

When Does My Coverage Start?
*Most items come with a manufacturer's warranty that typically lasts one year, but can vary in length. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate Protection Plan, Allstate will cover it.
