For In-Home Delivery, we aim to schedule your delivery within a few weeks of placing your order, but the exact timeframe varies based on location, item availability, overall demands and other factors. Our team will reach out to you a few days in advance of your delivery to schedule your date and 2-hour time window through text, email or by phone.

For Curbside Delivery, the exact delivery timeframe varies based on location, item availability, overall demands and other factors. If you live around the Des Moines Metro area, you can expect to receive your order as early as next day. If you live around central Iowa, you can expect your order to be delivered to you in about 5-7 days. If you live closer to the border of Iowa, your order could take up to 14 days to be delivered to you.

For all shipping & delivery methods, if items are out-of-stock, we aim to have your items available for pickup or delivered within a few weeks of the items arriving at our warehouse.

For Curbside Delivery, your order will be delivered to your garage or driveway. If you live in an apartment, the items will be delivered to the front door of the building's exterior.

For Nationwide Shipping, we don't offer any in-home delivery or white glove services at this time. Your order will be delivered to your garage or driveway. If you live in an apartment, the items will be delivered to the front door of the building's exterior.

For Order Pickup, your order will be at the pickups department at our store.

If you live outside the state of Iowa or are in a rental vehicle, you will also need to be sure you have your ID available as you will need this at the time of pickup.

For customers outside of Iowa, we offer free shipping on orders $1999 or more throughout the contiguous United States. For orders under $1999, we will charge a flat shipping fee of $249. We don't ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii or to addresses outside the contiguous United States.
