Our pickup department allows you to take your items home the same day you purchase them with an average wait time around 10 minutes.

For In-Home Delivery, we aim to schedule your delivery within a few weeks of placing your order, but the exact timeframe varies based on location, item availability, overall demands and other factors. Our team will reach out to you a few days in advance of your In-Home Delivery to schedule your date and 2-hour time window through text, email or by phone.
For Curbside Delivery, the exact delivery timeframe varies based on location, item availability, overall demands and other factors. If you live around the Des Moines Metro area, you can expect to receive your order as early as next day. If you live around central Iowa, you can expect your order to be delivered to you in about 5-7 days. If you live closer to the border of Iowa, your order could take up to 14 days to be delivered to you.

If items are out of stock, your items will be available for pickup or delivery within a few weeks of the items arriving at our warehouse.

For In-Home Delivery, our team will remove your furniture from its factory packaging, fully inspect it, and assemble most items. Our delivery personnel will bring your furniture into your home and place it in the area of your choice.
For Curbside Delivery, items will have factory packaging and will be placed in your driveway, or outside the first-floor exterior entrance of your home or apartment.
