  • What are the dimensions of the furniture item? 
  • What are the dimensions of your front door, hallways, stairwells, and elevator?
  • Are the furniture's dimensions compatible with your home's dimensions?

To help our delivery team bring your furniture in safely, we recommend you review the following access areas prior to your delivery.

 

  • Door frames and openings - Measure the width and height of all entryways and compare them with the product's dimensions

  • Hallways - Tight turns and narrow halls affect the movability of an item. Measure your hallways and assess if the product's measurements will fit. 
  • Ceiling Clearance - Check your ceiling heights, especially angles or vaults. Maneuvering tall furniture can be very complex, or in some cases, infeasible. 
  • Staircases - Getting furniture up and down staircases is a common delivery challenge. Please measure your staircase width, landings, and any turns that may impact furniture movement.
