When I put on the bottom sheet for the first time, it was apparent that it was made for a larger and/or deeper mattress. There was a tremendous amount of extra material and there was no way to make the sheet taut as it is supposed to be. I contacted their warranty folks and sent them photos, all to no avail. They refused to refund my purchase price, so now I have to initiate a claim with my credit card company to stop payment. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND HASSLE. DO NOT BUY.

One is Extra long and the other is OK. The top sheet's also differed in width. I cut them both so they would not hang below my mattress. I have an 11" temple-pedic mattress. I expected they would make their sheets perfectly to fit their products. That is not the case. The quality of the fabric is nice, but you cannot trust the marketing information regarding sizing.

My prior sheet set from TemperPedic was labeled much differently and since your policy prevents naming what is on that label I will just say they were wonderful and high quality. I feel you have a different manufacturer and material source now as I found out after reading the label when I received the new set. My fault I did not notice you have "No Return" policy on sheets. I will not be purchasing sheets nor any other product from your company in the future.

Honestly I didn't read the return policy or lack thereof or I wouldn't have ordered them online. I would have found a brick-and-mortar store to have purchased them from.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from corner elastics are all white. very disappointed that the corner elastics are all the same color. I have purchased several sets of sheets from you and they all have a diferent color elastic on one end making it so much easier to make the bed.

They are the roughest sheets I have ever purchased. We have been avid supporters of all tempurpedic products as we have two mattresses from them in our home, I previously had a tempurpedic mattress years ago, we have tempurpedic mattress covers and bases as well. As stated, super disappointed that these sheets are not comfortable at all. Cotton should be soft, especially for this price.

I did not last more than an hour before I had to take them off the bed. And, of course, they do not allow returns. I am now stuck with 2 pairs of EXPENSIVE drop cloths. I am so mad. Do not buy these sheets.

They aren't as soft as we had expected and it is somewhat frustrating that they don't fit our new tempurpedic mattress as tightly as we had assumed the would. We have also been frustrated by how the top sheet and our blanket always come untucked when we raise the foot of the bed via our power base.

While the sheets certainly arrived quickly and feel nice, we are used to 800+ thread count sheets, which tend to feel softer. I'm not sure why Tempur-Pedic does not offer a higher thread count, but I think it would be a gold mine.

I literally have to remake the bed daily!! I am soooo disappointed in the fit and the texture of the sheets. Scratchy and thin sheets. It took me a long time to decide to spend this much money on sheets that I thought would last me a long time.
